Description

We have a one acre yard with many small and medium sized trees that make you feel like you're in a private park. We love plants and have a variety of flowers, shrubs and of course our Koi pond.

We do have a 3.5' deep, 4800 gallon Koi Pond. If your dog is a swimmer or you bring little ones, you will need to be aware of this potential hazard. Please keep your pups and people out of this pond.

Beautiful backyard will definitely be coming back, The Koi pond was such a nice touch and overall a peaceful time with our dogs they loved it !

The host and the spot were very nice! Our dogs had a blast, we will definitely come back. One thing to note-we did not see any dogs, but both neighbors had dogs at the fence barking at ours. There was water for the dogs, treats, and bags for cleaning up. We had a great time at our first SniffSpot!

This sniffspot is absolutely stunning! It has a beautiful huge yard, they even provide you with clean fresh water, treats, waste bags and even bug spray that came in pretty handy. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to let one of my dogs off leash and he was so excited to run around freely and sniff around, as for my oder dog she enjoyed running around with him and play fetch. Definitely recommend!

Hi, my name is Bruce. Thanks for checking out our SniffSpot. While living for a period of time in an apartment, we learned to appreciate having a private place to play with my dog off-leash. We are fortunate to have a large yard and would like to share it with others and their dogs. This is the main reason we opened this SniffSpot and hope you can schedule a time and visit us soon.

Our yard is great for dogs that need to get some exercise in a safe and fully-fenced area. We also have a shaded area that you can be while your pup is exploring the yard. I am looking forward to hosting you and your pup!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
