55We all love this yard. Great owners, really sweet, and great at communicating. 2nd time there and my boys love being able to run or just be lazy.
45Owner very good at communicating, great open yard with very little distractions. My super reactive dog had a blast running back and forth. I did pick up some old moldy poop from the ground, which (sh)it happens but it's the only thing keeping this from a 5 star review. Not a big deal, I actually do it for a living at a doggy daycare and I can only assume it's other owners being rude and irresponsible, not the home owners. Thank you for letting my boys get energy out, I will most definitely be booking again. I will book more frequently the more he gets used to it 😄

***Please make sure hose is turned off before you leave! Thank you! ❤️**** ***When you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones using the backyard during that time. We do not let our dogs out when sniffspotters are using the backyard. If your dog has specific triggers/is triggered easily, please let me know so we can be mindful about noise in the house/avoid accidental run ins when you’re leaving/ect. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable!*** A huge backyard with a 6ft privacy fence, Murphy’s playspot is the perfect location for you and your dog! Your dog can enjoy playing fetch, getting zoomies, and sniffing all .35 acres of the backyard. There is also a hose that has been pulled back there for easy access! The on/off tap for the hose is located on the side of the house in the driveway. Getting into the backyard is easy as the latch is on the outside of the fence. However, as mentioned before it is a 6 foot fence, so closing it might be more difficult. A step stool will be provided, and if you’re still worried about not being able to latch it let me know ahead of time. We will make sure you and your dog are safe and secure! The fence has 0 holes, so dogs of any size are welcome. Water bowl, toys, and doggie bags will be provided. We also have a hand built disc golf basket at the back of the yard if you feel like bringing some discs to throw! There is a picnic table for you to relax on, as well as a covered back porch. Please be mindful of the garden! Accidents happen though, so please let me know of any damage so I can tend to it quickly 😊 Message me for the WiFi info if you need it! We hope you enjoy your play!

Hazards

If your time overlaps with our landscapers I’ll let you know. They usually come 7:15 am every other Friday and are gone by 7:45/8 am. If you are under 5’9 you may have trouble closing it. A step stool will be provided, but if you’re still worried about not being able to close it let me know. We will 100% make sure your dog is safe from escape! We also have bamboo that we periodically chop down, so there might be pieces of bamboo around. It is non toxic to dogs, but just as an FYI if your dog likes to chew things.

This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
