How credits work

Do I pay membership AND bookings?
No, it's prepaid! Your membership dollars convert to credits, and bookings deduct credits from your account. You're not charged separately for each booking when you use credits. Simple as that!
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for two more months after they're issued.
What about refunds or canceling?
If you cancel a booking, credits are returned to your account. If you cancel your membership, any unused credits remain available until their expiration date. We've got your back!
Are there member discounts?
Yes! Look for the green member discount checkmark when browsing spots. You can also use the member discount filter to find spots with special pricing for members. Extra savings for you!
How do credits work for multiple dogs?
You get a discount when booking a spot for more than one dog! You'll pay the full amount of credits per hour for the first dog, then it's 50% off for each additional dog in the reservation.

Everything you need to know about Sniffspot Membership

When does the free trial start?
Your trial starts immediately when you sign up! You'll receive 10 bonus credits to try out Sniffspot. You won't be charged until after the 7-day trial period ends - unless you want to book a spot for more than 10 credits. Take your pup on an adventure risk-free!
When will I be billed?
For monthly plans, you're billed on the 1st of each month after your trial ends. For annual plans, you're billed once a year, first after your trial ends, then every 12 months on the 1st of the month. Easy to remember!
Can I change my tier?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and your existing credits remain in your account. We're flexible because life happens!
What if I need more credits?
You can always purchase additional credits as needed at time of booking, or upgrade to a higher tier plan for more monthly credits. Your pup's adventures should never be limited!
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and your credits will be available until they expire. No hard feelings!
Can I use credits for any Sniffspot?
Yes! Your credits can be used at any Sniffspot location. Prices vary by spot, duration, number of dogs, and any extras you add. Explore new places or stick with your favorites!
