Our property is a little bit country- situated down a dirt road close to Gateway and the airport. You and your dog(s) will enjoy our 2.5 acre property- fully fenced and complete with a gator-free pond for swimming!
3 acres of open lawn, big enough for dogs who love playing frisbee or chasing a ball. There is also a 1 acre pond, perfect for swimmers.
12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info. Do not park and block the garages. There is a picture under parking info.
****IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Nice trail in the forest along a river, beach and amazing view. Very peaceful and relaxing.
Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 218 acres for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping over night if you love it to much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do.
Do you need a place for your dog to run? Or a lake to swim in? We have you covered. Our home sits on 10 acres of well manicured lawn and a 3 acre fish filled lake. Tucked away and surrounded by a peaceful year round running creek, several mature oak trees providing plenty of shade and toys for you and your pup to have a fun adventure together without the distraction of other animals or people. We provide several seating options, a paddle board (seasonal), floaties (seasonal), cooler for drinks and food, toys, water (cold/hot/ice machine as well), water bowls, water shoes, doggie life jackets in varies sizes, doggie shampoo, natural bug sprays, doggie and hooman sunscreen, treats, a hose area to rinse off yourself and doggies, and a indoor bathroom. All is easy to locate with well places signs. We look forward to hosting you and your furry four leg babies! Pleasant Valley Creekside Ranch https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61550228295246&mibextid=b06tZ0 We now offer a Hipcamp Bell Tent for 1-3 night stays. Check out our Hipcamp site for more info. https://hipcamp.onelink.me/ZwFp?af_android_url=https://www.hipcamp.com/land/6p0hlov1?shareId=o7dvpq028i&af_ios_url=https://www.hipcamp.com/land/6p0hlov1?shareId=o7dvpq028i&af_web_dp=https://www.hipcamp.com/land/6p0hlov1?shareId=o7dvpq028i&deep_link_value=land/6p0hlov1&shareId=o7dvpq028i *Just a couple things to note: There is not a “hiking trail” on our property. Our spot is meant for those who are looking to have a fun safe place to swim and play as well as those who want to enjoy some or all of the amenities we provide. Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Our creek as well as many other play areas on our property is used safely daily by our 2 labs, 2 frenchies, kitty, family, friends and Sniffspot reservations*
Spring fed pond, plenty of room to run around, trees, toys, what more could a dog want? Dog owners can utilize the pond for fishing or a dip to cool off as well! Farm path is approximately 1/2 mile long if you’d like to take a walk. Our golden retriever and black lab may come visit you while you are enjoying the property.
Please text 503 367 8737 or 503 201 5454 when u book. We have field and river access. 2 mile loop if you walk around the property. 3/4 mile walk on riverfront with large campsite available. Flat fields, hills, grassy lake land, waterfront.
A .63 acre dog sanctuary for you and your pup. The yard is well maintained with dog friendly grass and has incredible views of the Hood Canal and Puget Sound. If you're interested, there is private beach access for you and your pup to explore miles of beach (public but almost always empty). There are numerous dog toys available and a massive 6+ person, dog friendly couch you can relax on and watch the canal when you need a break! Regarding the beach, there are approximately 50 steps which you will need to climb up and down to access the beach so please wear proper footwear. As this is on the Hood Canal and not a lake or a pond, tides impact the size of the beach. If you are hoping to walk endless miles of beach, the tide will need to be at 2ft or below. Anything under 4ft will give you a massive area (probably 1/2 mile or more) and almost guaranteed private area as only people with stairs can access the beach at this tide level. Though the beach is open at any point, I think the maximum height you would probably want to go is about 6.5ft. This still gives you and your dog a decent sized area to play in (approximately 500ft by 30ft or 1/2 acre). Photos 16 and 17 show the beach at 6.25ft with a very large sandy area for you and your pup to play in. Anything above 6.5 ft is not recommended as the beach just gets thinner and thinner, but you're able to try if you want. (no refunds given if you don't like what you find). You are responsible for checking out the tides before you go. Legally, I can't recommend any specific source for you to use, but you might find good information Googling "tide chart port ludlow". Regarding ADA Accessibility, my property is on a gently sloping hill. To access it, there are 2 very wide concrete steps to get to the grass. This would be doable for someone on crutches and probably ok for a regular wheelchair if you had a second person to help lower you to each step and pull you up. It's definitely not accessible to a motorized wheelchair. Sorry.
2 acre friendly dog park. Oasis style beach and pond, grass area, patio/gazebo with couches and table, and patio deck at pond with couch/chair and table. Shade or sun deck to relax while your dog enjoys swimming, ball throwing, etc.
