The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Located on a quite country road. Trampoline, swing set, picnic table and fire pit* 3 acres to run free and dig on on near highway 287. If you are facing our property boundries are defined by the tree line on the right and then a fence that extends to an open area on the left all the way to the fence at the back. Can park in the driveway, or on the road, or the grass in front of our property. *available when not under burn ban for Ellis County. Must follow fire safety rules etc.

Hello! Thank you for stopping by. I am a horse trainer and you and your dog will be entering a horse training environment, complete with horse poop. 🤣 This spot is best suited for medium to large dogs who mind pretty well. Perimeter of the 36 acres is mostly mesh fenced but your dog could get under electric fence and in with the horses if they do not listen well. The back acreage/hiking trails are horse free, secluded and have varied terrain with seasonal water in the creek to play in. This is NOT a safe off leash environment for a dog with no recall. This is a wonderful environment to show your buddy new friends and let the high energy dog play.

We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek with tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy! ***I have a small section near the front in the NE corner that is not fenced. Please avoid this corner! The rest of the property is fenced. I will be completing the fence by end of Spring 2024.***

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

This is a house on 2 acres. Behind the house most of the 2 acres is fully fenced if you close the cattle gate in the first picture. Bring a chair, and enjoy the acreage in the city! Your pup will love running on the almost 2 acres and so will you! Private dog park oasis to yourself!

My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup to run! Two rocking chairs under a shaded patio for your comfort. Squirrels are frequently spotted running along the fence for additional entertainment. I understand you may be looking for a safe space for your pup away from other dogs. I do have a hound so please let me know if I need to keep him out of sight!
