We are primarily an equestrian facility, but we also offer dogs and their owners the option to come out and stretch their legs!

We are a working farm and sanctuary. We have guest critters that come and go, we also have a few permanent residence. Please respect the property and the surroundings. Make yourself at home with your doggies and humans while you are here. Enjoy the hammocks, picnic tables, chairs, the creek and enjoy the trails as well. Please be courteous and pick up after yourself and your pets as well. We hope you enjoy your time here along with your fur babies and hope you’ll come back and see us again soon. Parking Only signs are posted. Please do not enter any of the buildings on the property and no matter what the critters tell you they are not allowed to get out of their safe zones while visitors are on our property. Please do not feed the critters anything other than what is provided specifically for that critter. This is a working sanctuary with guest changes all the time, also be aware that this is the “country”, you may encounter wildlife and insects from time to time. Be careful while exploring. There are no human restrooms available on the property.

The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

Located on a quite country road. Trampoline, swing set, picnic table and fire pit* 3 acres to run free and dig on on near highway 287. If you are facing our property boundries are defined by the tree line on the right and then a fence that extends to an open area on the left all the way to the fence at the back. Can park in the driveway, or on the road, or the grass in front of our property. *available when not under burn ban for Ellis County. Must follow fire safety rules etc.

Hello! Thank you for stopping by. I am a horse trainer and you and your dog will be entering a horse training environment, complete with horse poop. 🤣 This spot is best suited for medium to large dogs who mind pretty well. Perimeter of the 36 acres is mostly mesh fenced but your dog could get under electric fence and in with the horses if they do not listen well. The back acreage/hiking trails are horse free, secluded and have varied terrain with seasonal water in the creek to play in. This is NOT a safe off leash environment for a dog with no recall. This is a wonderful environment to show your buddy new friends and let the high energy dog play.

Summer is right around the corner ☀️ 😁 My yard is just a little over half a acre with plenty of space to run around & fetch. It is fully fenced so you can feel comfortable enjoying one of the many spots to relax while your dog(s) can freely roam the yard. 🙂 Feel free to sit on the patio, or one of the many swings around. Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town nestled inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek with tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy! ***I have a small section near the front in the NE corner that is not fenced. Please avoid this corner! The rest of the property is fenced. I will be completing the fence by end of Spring 2024.***

Fully fenced property close to 1.5 acres. You will be able to drive in and close the gate behind you before letting your dogs out. I have one horse that I will put in his stall.
