55Clean, well located, well fenced. Looked like there were a bunch of accoutrements like toys, but we didn't partake. Great experience.
55Our dogs really enjoyed the large open field to run and sniff in. It was a quiet peaceful area. We liked the covered area to sit.
55Everything as it looks in the photos and description - very clean and secure!

55It turned into a very rainy day, but our pups had fun! The toys were awesome and the yard was very well maintained. I liked how open the space was so I could keep an eye on our pups too.
55Maisie loved the amount of space and things to chew on! The fence was sturdy and the space was extremely clean

Location

Philomath, Oregon

Description

Our private, off-leash park, located just outside of Philomath City limits, is for puppies of all ages, sizes and behavior levels. Easy access with parking only a few feet away. Additional space for extra large vehicles to park, including motorhomes or trucks. Reactive dogs are welcome! We offer the use of a large, fenced, level field for training, play time or socializing. Plenty of room to exercise or enjoy a doggie wading pool in warm weather, with no unwelcome direct contact with other dogs or people. You are always welcome to add friends to your reservation, just please keep me posted if there’s more than two vehicles coming and going so we can accommodate. Extras to add on: summer access to the river*, wading pool, splash pad, special walking areas, or you can even book a party! *Note: You must add on the extra: “Tour of the Farm”, in order to reserve private river access, or special use areas in the future. This is a one-time extra, for the safety of all owners, dogs, your hosts, and farm employees! {It is not necessary to do this during your first visit.} Getting here: watch for your first time welcome message that arrives the day of your visit for more specific location info.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Natural, untreated field, so there’s some uneven ground, and potential critter holes to keep an eye out for. When it’s wet, there’s often some muddy areas. Neighbor cats live in and around the area. ALWAYS visually inspect playing area before entering.

Extras

Looking for a place to host a birthday or gotcha party? Add this extra to a minimum two hour reservation and bring up to ten dogs, their people, and parking for ten cars. Includes: A picnic table to use inside the playing field, additional water stations, a special treat for the pup of honor and an additional half hour before AND after your reserved time for any set up or clean up you might need to do. We’ll take care of the trash disposal!

Wading pool (Summer)$5

A kiddie pool is set up and filled in the playing field for your pup to enjoy during your visit. (We won’t notice if you put your toes in it too) Bring your own towel!

Walk about the Farm (Apr-Nov)$5

This add-on is a self-guided on-leash hike around the growing fields of the farm for your dog(s). This can be a very enriching adventure for dogs of all ages, and it’s loaded with lots of places to sniff and explore. **Expect irrigation sprinklers, the occasional tractor, farm truck, farmer or potential wildlife sightings.** >>Prerequisite: “Tour the Farm” must be completed during a previous visit to add this extra. It’s for everyone’s safety, and it only needs to happen once. <<
