This is a quiet, one road subdivision with large lots. The yard is fully 4’ fenced with a divider fence down the center and agility equipment on one side of the fence. The first section of the yard has a garbage can with poop picker, sandbox, sprinkler and garden hose, water bowl for the dogs and chairs for the humans. The back section has a dogwalk, a-frame, teeter, tunnel, weaves, and jumps.

12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas.

M-f during the day my yard is available. We do have cats and chickens. Front and side yard are available for your pets.

We have a half acre of maintaned property for dogs to come visit, access to indoor bathroom, snacks, and hose and bucket supplied for your doggo, we are a horse boarding facility and would appreciate if dogs do not chase the horses, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out! We have 4 dogs who stay inside the gated area along with our chickens & ducks. Feel free to come & let your dog(s) run around getting their energy out! When you enter our driveway, you will want to follow the drive next to our poke barn. There you can park & have access to the back yard.
