We are located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains 🏔️, we have a 1 acre fully fenced oasis perfect for playtime & zoomies🐾. Our area is surrounded by rolling hills & beautiful trees 🌳, it looks and feels like 5 acres. Only 2 minutes from I-81 Exit #4 and only 4 miles from the I-40/I-81 interchange. Super easy access while traveling and just need a place to stop and let the doggos unwind. 🐕 35min from Knoxville, 35min from Sevierville, 1 hour from Tri-Cities area, and 1 hour from Asheville, NC. The perfect spot to stop and rest if travelling east or west on I-81/I-40. There is large double gate (main entrance) on the left side of the house that will lead you directly into the large backyard via a gravel walkway. You can back up right to this gate for easy unloading & loading. There is a small dog run (2nd entrance) on the right side of the house, fully fenced in area to leash and unleash. We offer benches and chairs to sit, with umbrellas for 🌞 & ☔️. FAQ: *Do you give a tour of your property? YES, we offer a free tour for any first time or new guests. We don’t want any visitor to feel nervous or unsure during their visit. So just let us know if you prefer a tour and when you arrive (before letting your pups out). We will take you on a tour and show where everything is located, how to open gates, show you the door to the restroom, etc. 😊👍 (Sorry this will not apply if we will not be home during your visit.) *What is a private Dog Park/Playground? Quite simply it means that you make an appointment through the app. Only you, your friends and the dogs you bring are in the totally fenced Playground during that time. You can book 30 min to 5 hours at a time. *Can you have a birthday party with children and your dog? YES *Can we have more than one car? YES *Can we take pictures? YES, PLEASE DO. *Is there an entrance fee for people? No *Can we bring lunch? YES *Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. *Do you have a place for the adults to sit? YES. We have 2 chairs & 2 benches with umbrella. We also have a waterproof blanket for you and your pup. *Are the toys & bowls cleaned before each visit? YES, we offer sanitized bowls and toys. Please use them at your discretion or you can bring your own. Due to the dog virus that is going around, we want to make sure to keep all pups as safe and healthy as possible. *Do you have an easy access to your backyard? YES, we have now extended our driveway to the double gate for easier/quicker unloading and loading. You can now back directly to the large double gate to unload your pups. Gate opens to the inside. 🚗 *Double gate has two latches, use hand and foot to release.

Our property is on a rolling hill, we have 2 gates to enter the backyard. On either side of the house. There can be small gullies & holes created by the rain. Please watch your step. Our backyard was once a cattle field, so it does have holes & ruts. We have recently put down gravel on the left side of the house and near the deck area to help with mud & gully issues. As well we have put down a gravel path leading into the dog run from the single gate on the right side of the house. We are located in the country, where there will always be the possibility of bugs & critters. (Mosquitoes, ticks, flies, bees, wasps, ground hogs, voles, mice, etc.). Be aware of the tether ball pole in the middle of the yard. Of course, there is always the possibility of dog poo, we try VERY hard to make sure this is not an issue. Enter at your own risk. The number of dogs allowed per visit (8) pertains to how many you are allowed to have with you during your booked visit. No other pups/guests are allowed during your scheduled time. All of your dogs must be in the reservation system and paid for before you arrive.

*Pets must be on leash until inside the gate and after leaving the gate. Pet parents must stay where they can see their pet and they must clean up after their pet. Pet Vaccinations are required and up to date on flea & tick meds to enter. We are in the country so bugs, flies, mosquitoes, ticks, etc. could be in the area. Our backyard was once a cattle field, so it does have holes & ruts, please be careful. All dogs that enter must be in the reservation system before they arrive. We prefer to have no more than 6 people & 3 vehicles per visit. Please park on the left side of the driveway, so not to block the garage. Sorry deck & hot tub are not available to use at this time. Chairs & benches will be in the yard for use. No smoking or vaping near the house and please pickup after yourself & put away anything that you may use during your visit. Please give us as much notice as possible, so we can have the space ready for your visit. Please do not come into the yard more than 10min early or leave 10min late without prior approval, this is for your safety and other guests. Always check the yard before your release your pups. **Property owners cannot be held responsible or liable for any injuries or worse of guests or guest pets. Pet owners & guests accept All liability & responsibility when utilizing our facilities. Property owners are not responsible for any damages to guest's vehicles while parked on the property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused at the property. All children must stay in close contact with responsible adult for the entire visit. Enter at your own risk. We decided to create a huge backyard for our Toby, he is a reactive pup and doesn't do well at public parks. Our location was Tobyland and now that we have moved, our new location is called "Crowley's Cove." We actually have 2 fur kids, "Toby" is our Catahoula mix rescue and "Crowley" our 1yr old Frenchie. We are originally from Colorado; I grew up on a horse ranch in western Colorado. Athena grew up in Littleton just outside of Denver. We lived in southwest Florida for the past 6yrs and just moved into our brand-new home, here in East Tennessee a few months ago. Thank you for your interest in our "Crowley's Cove" Sniffspot. 😊

We have a 13+ acre property that is partially wooded and often visited by deer and turkey. Our neighbors have cattle, chickens and goats as well as dogs that can sometimes be seen and heard from the property. Parking is on the property pretty much anywhere. We don’t have a driveway yet. Please don’t park in the gravel driveway next to the property as it belongs to the neighbors. You can access the back half near the electrical lines. If it’s rainy or has been, you may need 4 wheel drive. There’s also a seasonal, shallow creek that runs across the property lined with trees and brush. The property is unfenced and you’ll want to stay away from the barn. The creek supplies loads of muddy, digging fun if you’re up for the clean up afterward. Enjoy ALL the best sniffs ❤️
