Host Rules
We have a tetherball pole and we ask that you and your dog do not engage with it. We have a shovel and garbage bags for dog poop. There is a spicket for refilling dog bowls. If using our bowl we ask you dump it out before leaving. CAUTION -the front fence has a gap along the bottom that an extra small dog could fit through. -the ground is not level in spots, be cautious to not roll and ankle -one of our bordering neighbors has 2 dogs that bark a lot if they're outside. We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

We have a 10x10 ft kennel on site if you bring multiple dogs. Only 2 dogs allowed on the dock at a time. We book appointments by 30 minute or 60 minute increments.
