Your dog will have exclusive access to the yard. A neighboring dog may occasionally be outside on leash with their owner, but there is no direct interaction and visibility is minimal. Warm-weather perk: During warmer months, a baby pool can be set out upon request for dogs who enjoy splashing and cooling off. Host interaction: I’m happy to meet guests and dogs if requested, or offer contact-free access — whatever makes you and your dog most comfortable. 5 foot chain link fence surrounds the property that includes plenty of trees that provide shade as well as sunny spots. There is a small hill that provides perfect exercise for the active pups as well as flat area for the older pups. There is a large patio with chairs that overlook the yard for you to relax on while yours dogs are exploring the yard. I have dog toys, bubble machine, water bowl, hose, trash can, pooper scooper with bags for your convenience. Please message me with any questions. I have fall decorations set up on the patio so you can take cute seasonal photos of your pet. When the fall season will be in full swing I will also have a huge leaf pile for dogs to jump into. Any suggestions to make your stay even more enjoyable are appreciated.

Sheds and fire pit are off limits but patio is fair game. If the hammock is out, feel free to kick back. Sit and relax while your dog/s plays. Please clean up after your pet in the designated can. I have a pretty decent sized yard, my dogs have a blast. I am new to Sniffspot, but will be updating my yard with shelving for toys, water, treats, etc. Chairs available for humans, fire pit for use will supply wood and fire starter if desired. I have a speaker if you want to play music, and with notice, I can give you access to my sunroom to sit inside while dogs play, but will need notice, so I can block off my dogs from accessing the area as my house and sunroom is an open entryway, Feel free to get comfortable make yourself at home and let your dogs run and play! I work alot but you will have free access to the yard if I am not here. Please arrive as close to scheduled time as possible, feel free to pull all the way up to garage, yard entry is right there by the back door!
