This might be our most favorite sniff spot yet! I was a bit worried there wasn’t enough room for zoomies but I was so wrong, this place is huge and beautiful. We will be back as often as possible. If your dog is reactive to people or other dogs be mindful of your timing since it’s across from an elementary school and also lots of dogs on evening walks. Fencing was 100% adequate. Hosts are also incredibly responsive which is a huge plus!

As always, the pups had a blast and everything was easy for the visit e.g. parking, gate entrance, yard is always spotless and the patio area is clean with ample seating to rest in between fetch sessions. There was even a super cute chalkboard sign welcoming us for the visit!

We love this spot! So much to explore! There was a ton of activity on the road last night during our visit (Saturday, 4:30-5:30) including many dogs passing by the top fence - mentioning this for anyone with reactive pups, as it might be tough for them! We’ve visited during quiet neighborhood times with no issues whatsoever, so for us, the visit time makes a big difference. This spot is SO great and the fencing is super secure! TJ is helpful and communicative as always!

Lovely host and wonderful spot for my pups! I have two 80 pound doodles with lots of energy and they loved it. The minute we got into the gate my Berner took off running to play in the grass! Plenty of space to zoomie around, play fetch and there was shade over by the porch area. The yard is also very well maintained (I felt totally fine sitting on the grass with my dogs). One of my pups is a little reactive to other dogs but he did totally fine when we heard neighbor dogs barking - it was very minimal. The host had water ready for us and doggie supplies as well (we brought our own but this was a nice touch). Overall - - a great experience. We'll definitely book again!

Beautiful front and side yard. Easy access. Just open the latch. Quiet neighborhood. Two chairs and a hammock to enjoy the nice weather. Host left out Vitamin Waters and lots of balls for dogs to choose from. House has nice high fences so you can’t see the street accept for the gate which is a little lower but still high off the street. Will definitely come again!

What an amazing oasis... It makes you forget you're in L.A. The yard is secure all around. My dogs had so much fun running up and down the stairs. Definitely recommend this SniffSpot, but it is in a residential neighborhood so if your dog is reactive be aware that there are people walking their dogs up by the entrance gate and the host's dogs may be out if you arrive early. Once they were put inside the house we didn't see or hear them.

I had some trouble finding the entrance and TJ was so accommodating! Gave me some extra time, and even rescheduled when I had to leave pretty quickly due to the resident dogs being at the window (which I think typically isn’t the case). During our rescheduled visit, everything was perfect! No dogs were heard or seen and my pups had a great time romping around and chasing lizards. This is a fantastic spot, that is fully secured with amazing views as a bonus! 10/10 recommend!

An amazing spot with lots of different areas/textures for your dogs to run around on. Love that there’s water bowls, a hose, toys and poop bags included. We have small dogs that could escape through a tiny gap in a traditional fence so it’s very nice that this yard is surrounded by concrete walls with zero chance for gaps. Great Sniffspot and very easy parking.

Roo and Prince had a great time. Roo is an old lady now and I don't feel comfortable taking her to the dog park to play fetch like I did when she was younger. So this was perfect. Prince enjoyed just hanging out with us (although he is a people dog so I could see the gears turning in his head trying to figure out how he could meet the people responsible for providing this wonderful spot to us). The yard was clean, easy to access, with fresh water available. We will return!

Beautiful safe haven for those reactive dogs who can’t tolerate being at dog parks! The yard is huge, clean and free from hazardous material. My 2 dogs had a wonderful time running around, playing fetch, wrestling and exploring the area. Of course like any doggy would they also did their business, but host Christopher has waste bins with extra baggies available, along with a water bowl. Host provided easy hassle free instructions on how to get in and out; Neighbors are friendly with a cute visible dog who seems used to having different dogs visit and does not bark or distract your dogs from playing. Thank you Christopher for the opportunity of using your beautiful backyard, will definitely be back and maybe next time rent the pool since one of my pups was very curious! Btw the little koi pond was stunning!

Yard was nice and big! Very clean and a good amount of shade. There wasn't really a place to sit if you weren't using the pool (which costs extra) besides one chair. There is a hole in the backyard fence leading to the front yard but that is also fenced so it doesn't pose a large problem except then there is access for the dogs to get to the small cute pond back there. Overall good experience. Plenty of water and space and even provided poop bags.

My dogs loved this. The only issue I had was not booking another hour. The host left a large bowl of water out for the dogs on the covered patio and a large ball on the grass. There are plenty of plants and trees and corners and things for curious pups to sniff for a mental workout as well as a good sized yard for play. Plenty of shade for humans and dog alike. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

This is a super spot especially if your dog likes to run. My chihuahua got to run her little socks off while my two older pups had plenty to sniff around the perimeter of the space. For super small dogs like chihuahuas the space under the main gate is big enough for them to squeeze through but it was easy for me to barricade with things that were lying around the yard. For larger dogs the fencing is super secure! I will be frequenting this spot again for sure. Oh and Barbara is lovely.

Wonderful spot! This is a large lot of land, wow! We rented for 1.5 hours and it felt like we had a dog resort day. We will definitely be back! *** In the dog area there's a main large lawn space and then a lower area beyond that is not landscaped. All were perfectly wonderful for our two adventurous 40 pound dogs. We ended up renting the swimming pool area too. The pool is in its own fenced area, and we actually used the two zones to separate our two dogs for a bit. Our younger one can sometimes play a bit too overexhurbrantly with the older one. Separating them allowed the older dog to play without worrying about the younger one in her space, so that was a nice treat. *** As noted in other reviews, the fenced dog area accessed via the house area (also fully fenced). The house area has a pond with fish. There is currently a small gap between the two areas and our water-loving escape-artist dog instantly found the gap and hurled herself into the pond to catch the fish. Our other dog didn't care one bit and just wanted to play ball. So if you have a pond-loving dog and/or an escape-artist dog, you might want to ask if that open gap has been fixed, or be ok with retrieving your dog out of the pond. It's all fenced so it's still secure! *** We were there in mid-afternoon on low-80s day and there was plenty of lovely lovely tree shade to play and keep cool and comfortable, for both humans and dogs. *** For reactive dogs: We had zero other-dog encounters! The dog area is fully in the back part of the lot, with no street exposure, so very private! The street itself doesn't appear to be a very dog-busy street either. As noted in other reviews the backyard neighbor has some audible chickens or other clucky beings, but its relatively far away from the main grassy area, and your dogs would really have to care a lot about going all the over there to see them. On our visit there were no next-door dogs.

This area had lots and lots of space. My dogs really enjoyed exploring the different grassy areas, bushes, and the neighboring goats & chickens. It was a super fun place to just chill out and let my dogs roam around. I have two small dogs and there was definitely a couple of areas that were pretty much open for the dogs to exit the backyard space and go to the house/front yard. My dogs don’t run away so we were able to steer them away from it, but it is something to take into consideration. The whole house is surrounded by gating, but my small dogs could easily exit through the non-chain link fence. Besides that, we really enjoyed this spot and would definitely return! Thank you!

Perfect relaxing spot to hang out with your dog! Andrew is incredibly sweet and generous. There were poop bags, tennis balls, and a water bowl available for our dog and the yard was fully fenced. From the backyard there are never any animals visible. I had a few questions and Andrew was quick to reply. Parking is easy, there's places to sit and relax, and the host is absolutely incredible. I highly reccomend

Second time we visited this spot was better than the first. Such a beautiful spot. Awesome views for me and excellent adventure time for my pups. My pups had the best time running and exploring all over the property. I sat on the level with the fireplace and just let them wander. Every now and again they would come and check in with me and then off they would go to continue exploring. I always feel 100% safe with them going off on their own at this spot. The hosts are so lovely and took our very last minute booking.

Very large space, dogs had so much space to run and lots to sniff. The neighbor in the back has goats and chickens who occasionally make noise, my dog is pretty reactive but did not react to the farm animals. There is a pool with fish in it that you may need to supervise your dogs around if they might jump in and harass fish.

Lovely orchard-like spot! We will return! We booked in the early AM (7:30am) to beat the heat. It was a perfect 100% shaded spot for my two 40lb dogs to romp and do zoomies before heatwave heat arrived. Early morning was all shaded because its on a hill. The sun started to come through around 8:30am, this is in early September. As with all outdoor locations, bring insect repellent. And like other reviews mentioned (so I was prepared), Google Maps GPS showed top-of-hill and I had no service with AT&T. Neither of those things were issues for me but good to know in advance. Definitely recommend this super sweet spot!
