Hello! We are a working ranch west of Cochrane Alberta in the gorgeous foothills. Along with gorgeous scenery you will also enjoy endless space do you and your dog. Please be aware that it is very rural. There is tons of uneven terrain/fallen logs/gopher holes and that there is the possibility of wildlife encounters including bears/cougars. Please be fully prepared for this with appropriate hiking equipment. Please contact us directly to book so that we can suggest which part of the property would best suit you and your dogs needs.

Features: *level paved pathway that runs the entire length of the grass play space *completely fenced play area (6 foot tall wooden fence) *private entrance & free parking *seating area *clean, secure, private space for only you and your four legged companion(s) *outdoor fireplace, propane BBQ(cleaned after each use), water bowl & dog toys available for use free of charge Smoking is permitted(provided you take your butts/roaches with you).

Do something different with your dog. Get your dog’s mind and nose working. Bring your dog’s favourite tasty treats and get them to work for it, by hiding them in one of 100+ hiding spots. You can either fill all hiding spots or hide a few pieces or anything in between. (Make it easy by putting treats everywhere. Make it harder, only hide a handful.) You can repeat as many times as you want during your booking. Either ninja hide as your dog finds. Or work on your dog’s stay while you hide some more. Have two dogs? Have them go at the same time or split the time up and let each have a turn. (If the dog’s resource guard it would be best if they go at separate times.) If you get here early for your booking, there is a green space at the entrance of the block. If you need more information, help or guidance for the first visit please select chat There is a few garden agility type obstacles (small dog tunnel, large dog tunnel and either jumps/ crawls depending on dog size) Also a bench only tested to 180 lbs stationary so most dogs can jump up and off it. Fully fenced, huge pie shaped lot in Mckenzie Lake SE great for pups to run and play fetch. **Pricing currently in USD** Lots of parking in paved alley with back fence gate entrance. Summertime has the option of a small sized kiddy pool for pups to cool off in. Current play area conditions March 2024: SNOW! Please note, Sniffspot pricing is in USD at this time. Please feel free to bring your lawn chair, fetch toys, etc. Please pick up after your dog with the garbage bin provided and make sure the fence latches upon leaving. If your dog is friendly and wants a playmate please let us know. We have a large Bernese mix that loves to meet new pups.

This fully fenced area contains a creek and hills for you to explore. We ask that bookings are kept private with additional dogs being private play dates. *****The map doesn’t show our exact location, we are just east of Black Diamond. See access instructions that are emailed to you once booked for exact location.****** It’s really important to us to keep the area clean and well looked after. So please don’t pick any flowers or trees, leave everything the way you found it and enjoy some time with nature and your dog! If you have any waste please take it with you. Note the price is charged in USD. ( $10 CAD or $8 USD) It is a US app and we are unable to change the currency at this time. Recommendations: -we recommend hiking shoes or decent footwear -tall socks or long pants are good to have in some areas -there is no path that can accommodate a stroller so we would recommend a hiking backpack for very small children *The hose to the park to spray off the dogs is on for the summer, it’s at the top of the hill south of the benches hanging on the fence. * * We are surrounded by farmland, so there could be cows, horses, chickens near the park depending on the time of year*

Water Meadow is 2 acres of sheep-fenced area. There is a mostly dried-up dugout at the far end (water in spring and early summer). If your dog does not have great recall, and you don't want them in the dug-out area, you might want to use Mountain View. Mountain View is .9 acres of sheep-fenced area. ****I require that all dogs be vaccinated for Parvo and Distemper. Bring your own water and pick up after your dog. Parking is on the driveway, outside of the access gates, which are labeled. Please be sure to close the gates during use and after you leave.

15 acres of pasture and forest with Priddis Creek on three sides. Please do not pick flowers, plants or trees. Due to the type of wildlife that visit, we kindly ask that you take everything with you that you brought and clean up after your dog.
