Does your dog like to run? This SniffSpot offers 11.5 acres of prime doggy running real estate! There are several well kept pastures, a small pond, and a creek along the back border of the property. A good recall is recommended as the property is not fully fenced.

This SniffSpot is located on a property with no house. There is a gravel driveway, and I ask that you do not leave the driveway, as the ground can get quite wet and some vehicles could get stuck. Please have a good recall for your dogs, as the property is not fully fenced. Dogs need to remain within the borders of the property as outlined in the aerial photo in the listing.

I have 3 dogs, two boxers and a pitbull, and I know how difficult it can be to find safe space for them to run and explore. I recently purchased 11.5 acres which my dogs LOVE, so I thought I could share with others who have the same needs.

Rent Your Own Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Carrollton
