Clean and SAFE off-leash exercise. K9 4.Season is a safe and secure spot for off-leash adventure and discovery time that will tire out your four legged companion(s) in the best way possible. Features: *level paved pathway that runs the entire length of the grass play space *completely fenced play area (6 foot tall wooden privacy fence) *private entrance & free parking *seating area *off-leash time reserved for only you and your four legged companion(s) *outdoor fireplace, propane BBQ(cleaned after each use), water bowl & dog toys available for use free of charge K9 4.Seasons is located near the Bridgeland Riverside Off-Leash Dog Area and is a very, very short walk from the Bow River & RiverWalk Pathways. Smoking is permitted(provided you take your butts/roaches with you).

Hazards

A short distance from the entrance on the left side of the cement pathway there is two air exhaust vents coming out of the side of the house. One vent is for the furnace and the other is for the dryer. Additionally on the opposite side of the yard next to the patio near the BBQ there is another air exhaust ventilation system this one is for the gas fireplace. None of these vents are next to the grass play area nor does their location present a high probability of being accidentally touch by a dog while off-leash. I only mention it as these vents may pose a potential hazard for a child whom may not know these vents as with any such exhaust vents could be extremely hot and at no time should they ever be touched. Even when no air appears to be coming out it is possible for these vents to be extremely hot.

Nice dog friendly yard. Trees provide a good amount of shade. If you have a dog that is reactive to other dogs, you may want to consider a different spot. The neighbors dog will bark if he is outside at the same time.

My dog and I had a great time! Nice yard to run in and explore. There were even toys placed out that my dog loved! Great set up- we will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot. Lovely trees, birds and safe free run space . Note: neighbour has a rather large loud dog that barked and chased the fence line during our visit. We will come through the week hoping that the neighboring dog is away during weekdays. Other than that the space had a chair, water and neighborly fresh veggie donations!

Lovely little spot🙂 We really appreciated the comfy chair and table plus the bowl of water (especially as we’d forgotten ours!) Perfect for some ball throwing and a good sniff around. We’ll be back!

Ahoy hoy! Great to see you! My name is Miles, and I am privileged to be able to share my humble space with you and your family. For the time being, it’s just Lunchbox and I. Lunchbox is my cat. Curious as he may be, he’s a strictly indoor kind of Gent. In the past I’ve been blessed to have many unforgettable friends of all breeds and sizes. My keen and attentive German Shepard ‘Knight’; Deer Mexican Chihuahua, ‘Peetree’, even the immortal Chinese Crested himself ‘Hoss’ the Boss. Needless to say, animals have a very special place in my heart, and their happiness is non-negotiable. I am certain you’ll all agree that it is their unique personalities, styles and preferences that make them so precious to us all. No two are ever the same. Since you know them better than anyone else, It is your comments, opinions, thoughts and suggestions that will assist me in making sure that this can be a spot for everybody to enjoy. This is why I encourage ANY kind of feedback. Inviting you to share your thoughts, opinions or suggestions you may have to better suit the needs of your self and that of your four legged companions.

This fully fenced area contains a creek and hills for you to explore. We ask that bookings are kept private with additional dogs being private play dates. *****The map doesn’t show our exact location, we are just east of Black Diamond. See access instructions that are emailed to you once booked for exact location.****** It’s really important to us to keep the area clean and well looked after. So please don’t pick any flowers or trees, leave everything the way you found it and enjoy some time with nature and your dog! If you have any waste please take it with you. Note the price is charged in USD. ( $10 CAD or $8 USD) It is a US app and we are unable to change the currency at this time. Recommendations: -we recommend hiking shoes or decent footwear -tall socks or long pants are good to have in some areas -there is no path that can accommodate a stroller so we would recommend a hiking backpack for very small children *The hose to the park to spray off the dogs is on for the summer, it’s at the top of the hill south of the benches hanging on the fence. * * We are surrounded by farmland, so there could be cows, horses, chickens near the park depending on the time of year*

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.

	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
