This is my active back yard. My home is on 1 acre. The 3/4 acre back yard is fenced in with a 6' fence. There is parking in the rear and the front. There is a large playset with swings for dogs/ children alike. There is a small pond, two ducks, 13 chickens and usually children in the yard. There is a porch on the house with a swing and comfy seating and electric. There is a bench at the pond. There are chairs on the back patio along with electric outlets. There are bicycles and children's toys out back. Be respectful, have fun.

Unfortunately this space didn’t work for us due to our dog’s reactivity issues, but not due to the awesome and super friendly hosts! We use Sniffspot because both of our dogs struggle immensely with reactivity to dogs, cats and pretty much everything else that moves. They are in training but not really clicking yet with recall and “leave its” in any place besides our living room. That said, there were two dogs in the neighbors yard that started barking at ours as soon as we got there (obviously not the owners fault) but because of it our girls were severely stressed out upon arrival. Then a cat jumped into the yard (definitely not the owners fault again) but our girls unfortunately love to chase cats and luckily the cat jumped out immediately, but that was stressful for a moment. Then the girls discovered the ducks! The owners were kind enough to put the ducks away, but because they were still visible to the dogs in the main space- our dogs just went postal. There was also unfortunately a large amount of chicken bones and lots of other small choking hazards all over the yard so we just opted to leave after about 15 minutes here. This is a fantastic space for the right dogs tho! If our girls were not so reactive and responded better when we said “leave it” they would have been fine! I definitely recommend this space to non-reactive and better trained dogs! There is a huge jungle gym and a cool pond and tons of space to run! I just wanted to be transparent for other reactive dog moms and dads out there!
Great spot for a dog of any size to get some exercise. The host was nice enough to put the chickens and ducks away for us. We had a foster dog and didn’t know how she would do. The host came out to great us ans was very friendly. We would go back again.
