55Easy to find. We parked in front of the gate which was hopefully the right place. Gate opened inwards so we had enough space for one vehicle. Dogs loved all the different smells from farm animals that had been in the paddock previously and the little group of trees kept them quite busy investigating. Would’ve stayed longer, but our boy tweaked a hip injury while we were there (not related to the property - he just over did it). Only neg comment is prob that sniff spot doesn’t seem to advertise in NZD. Must be USD
45Nice there is fresh water put out & a rubbish bin to put Pooh bags in. Dog is recovering from an operation so she was happy to wander slowly & sit in the sun beside me. I did feel a bit odd being in a field with the owners house in it so we stayed clear of that area. We left early as the dog tires easily but snoring happily in the car now.

Description

1.5 acres of land in Dairy Flat just 7 minutes from Silverdale and 12 minutes from Albany. Suitable for dog training and off leash. Has farm fencing around the property so ideal for large dogs. A great large property to throw a ball/stick and for the dogs to run! Enjoy the planes flying over from the local airport. Can park in front of the farm gate or enter through farm gate and park on the grass. Farm gate opens into the property. Please close the farm gate behind you and pick up any dog poo. There is also a bin to dispose of your dog poo. Water tap next to the small gate on the house will have a hose attached should you need to hose your dog/s. Please make sure the water tap is turned off once finished. Please do not go through any other closed farm gates on property due to livestock. Thank you.

Please close the farm gate behind you and pick up your dog poo. A hose is on the side of the house should you need to hose off your dog/s. Thank you.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

If you have an escape artist you will need to keep an eye on them. You can drive right in and shut the gates behind you. Please note this space is also used by others so if you have a last minute booking with less than 2 hours notice we may be using it ourselves on arrival. Depending on whats happening at the time you may have to wait. All bookings with more than 2 hours notice are no problem at all and the space will be empty for you to use.
