***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Nestled by a gently flowing river, our private Sniffspot offers an expansive open field where your furry friends can romp and play in a natural setting. Winding trails lead through the forest, providing ample opportunities for adventure and exploration for both dogs and their owners, immersing them in an environment teeming with wildlife. Not just a haven for dogs, this Sniffspot is also home to a variety of livestock, including friendly goats, sheep, and horses that graze peacefully in designated areas. Our residents also enjoy the company of chickens, ducks, geese, and even a turkey, adding to the rustic charm of our Sniffspot. This unique blend of river, forest, trails, and diverse animal life makes our private Sniffspot an ideal sanctuary for those looking to escape the city and reconnect with nature alongside their canine companions.

	Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
	Always review and abide by spot specific rules.
	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

The access to the river was really nice my dog loved it. There were however a lot of burrs and the trails were not clear. Make sure you wear waterproof shoes if you’re going as the trails are very very muddy.

Nice place if your dog is has very short hair. Burr bushes EVERYWHERE!! And I mean EVERYWHERE!! Great place for the dogs to swim. Definitely could use more trail markers as it’s hard to know where to go.
Host replied: Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the swimming area for dogs. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the bushes and lack of trail markers. I'm currently working on improving the trail and removing the bushes to enhance our guests' experience. Your input is valuable, and I hope you'll visit again to see the improvements.

Hello, I'm Kyle. In 2020, I embarked on a journey to become more self-sufficient by starting a hobby farm on my 100-acre property. As a dog lover, I wanted to share this beautiful space with others who appreciate the outdoors as much as I do. That's why I started hosting a Sniffspot, to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs to explore and play.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
