Description

Perfect for the whole family - our 7 acres of land is sure to please your 4 legged family members and also the small humans in your life. Most of the acreage is pasture with tall trees. Plenty of shade and sitting areas. We also have 3 water spigots throughout the property with dog bowls to ensure you and your pets stay hydrated. We are in process of making improvements to our pond. It is in the process of being filled with water and there is plenty there for your doggo to enjoy a nice swim! On the topic of rain, please know there are muddy areas after rainfall. Our acreage is partially fenced. The front part of our acreage is very close to a dirt road and that area is NOT fenced. There’s plenty of parking on our gravel driveway. We also have a new playground for your kids to enjoy. There are chickens on the property but they will be in their chicken house during your visit. Our 2 very friendly dogs enjoy playing with other dogs and if you wouldn’t mind the company we can let our dogs out to play. Penny Lane is a chocolate Labrador retriever and Abby Road is a vizsla. Just let us know at time of reservation if you’re open to a doggo play date!

My 2 labs and I enjoyed our visit on a nice winter day. Plenty of room to romp and play. Nice section of timber with high grass for the boys to explore and search. We stayed clear of the pond today but would like to come back on a warmer day to swim.

I’m out there a lot throwing tennis balls and sticks, and tending to my flowers. There are still a few bare spots, where I’ll plant more grass seed, but I’ll have straw on top, in case we had rain. So, you shouldn’t have muddy paws to clean 😊

Need to stretch your legs and chase some balls? Come on out to a wide open field where you can run and play without distraction. Explore the creek and woods for birds and maybe spot a deer or wild turkey.

We are a nut free household & yard due to severe allergies. Please be sure to keep us that way. 💚 Our backyard is a big 6ft fenced in area with a play structure, a trampoline, a ride on car track, and sand box that little humans are welcome to use with supervision & assumption of risk. We have a back deck that is open for use with while your pup plays. Our home is host to 3 adults, 2 kids, 3 cats, and a 3.5 year old mini Aussie. Akk pets are up to date on vaccinations and altered. Ruby, the Aussie is available to work play with other pups or to work with owners to help their dogs work on manners. Ollie (12) and I are pretty awesome at loose leash training, basic commands and magic tricks. I do plan to convert a section of the yard into an agility area to train and challenge our Ruby. I would be happy to be paid in pup obstacles to help develop the area. Notice: our yard is pet wet and muddy at the moment from the recent snow melt. I’ll be adding a paw and boot washing station and leave out a bucket of warm water for guests if desired 💚
