55This place is absolutely beautiful. The yard is wonderfully fenced in, and the pool was spectacular. I will definitely be visiting this Sniffspot again! 
55Everything was beyond perfect! the yard and pool were kept very clean and free of dirt and debris. my German Shepherd absolutely loved the water and being able to swim without having other dogs around. The owners are so sweet and understanding. I did ask some questions prior to booking and got a response within minutes so communication is also wonderful.. my husband and I will be coming back at least once a week and or every other week!! definitely worth the money!!!!

55This is the best sniff spot ever! Sharon and Scott have a beautiful yard that is clearly well maintained. The pool is clean and so much fun for our dog!
55I could not possibly recommend this property more - I absolutely loved the entire backyard, and so did my pooches! 100% worth every single penny. Beautiful landscaping, pool, and even a little bit of "woods" for the pups to explore. The yard was very well fenced and was clean and safe for my babies. The hosts were so pleasant and accommodating. If we ever travel back that way again, I will absolutely bring the doggos back. If you are on the fence, book it! You will not regret it! A++++
55Beautiful, quiet, clean, and welcoming! Great communication with me by the host and they are super friendly and very accommodating. We will be making this a frequent stop as we travel 95 often. Traffic was bad so we stopped here to stretch our legs and let my Buddy run some. The pool was beautiful and clean, we didn’t get in but could have if we had more time. The host even checked on us to make sure we made it to our destination. Sure nice worth every bit of 5 stars.

Description

We have a gorgeous fully fenced 1.5 acre area for both dogs and humans to enjoy. Most of the fence is 5 feet with the gate area being 4 feet. Lush green well maintained grass. (No digging allowed please) In-ground pool that dogs & humans are allowed to use for an extra fee per hour, please see extras for that. Plenty of sun and shade. Plenty of balls and toys to play with. Car limit is 2 cars, if you have an additional car you can add that on in the extra area. Dog limit is 4 dogs. If you want a doggie birthday party or something please reach out to us and we can figure that out together. Human limit is 2, 2 more people can be added in the extras for a total of 4. Again if are wanting more people please reach out to us. If you have any questions please don't hesitate!! :) we do make exceptions for things like doggie birthday or human birthday 🎂

Pool Use 2nd Hour$20

This is for pool use for an extra hour on top of the original pool use 1 hour. So if you're here 2 hours and using the pool add the original pool use $30 and this extra hour $20 for a total of $50

Pool Use Extra 2 Hours$40

This is if you're going to be here for a total of 3 hours. Add the pool use first hour for $30 and this one for $40. Extra hours are $20 per hour.

Pool Use Extra 3 hours$60

Use this if you are going to be here for a total of 4 hours which is the max time. Add the Pool Use first hour for $30 and then this one for $60. Pool use after 1st hour is $20 per hour.

Pool Use Extra Half Hour$15

This is for extra half hour on top of the original pool use. So if you're wanting to use the pool 1.5 hours total you will be adding the original pool use $30 and this half hour $15 for a total of $45

Pool Use First Hour$30

For one hour. If you're planning to be here 1.5 or 2, 3 or 4 hours please add on the extra pool use which is listed below. 1.2 hour is $15, extra 1 hour is $20, extra 2 hours is $40, extra 3 hours is $60 on top of the first hour. POOL USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Bring your own towels 🥰 pool use fee will increase thru the summer as maintenance increases with pool usage increasing. 😊 if your dog rolls in the sand or dirt please hose them off prior to going back in the pool 😉

Propane Grill$20

We'll set up and let you use our propane grill to make yourself a nice hot lunch! 😊
