Description

Very sunny yard, spanning about 1 1/2 - 2 archers. With the rest of the 6.3 archers being wooded. There is a creek on the property, lots of woods for hicking, though the trails are not carved out. Great place to bird watch, to also see deer and other wild life. We have 2 Mulberry trees and a few black berry bushes. The blue berry bushes are not big enough just yet & neither is the peach tree. Nestled right off South Phillips Rd. Just look for the pink rd sign that says "Big Booty Blvd."

Hazards

Gopher/Mole holes. Snakes mostly in the wooded area. Wild animals. Ticks & misquotes. Off Main road. No fence. Woods are very dense.

I would prefer if all dogs have all thier shots up to date. Please clean up any doggy messes.Bonus points if they will hunt moles/gophers.

Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
Always review and abide by spot specific rules.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
