55Great spot! Lots of places to sniff, large enough to throw a ball and get good zoomies! The fence is sturdy, with no gaps, and high. Even though my dog is dog reactive, she did well when the dog next door stuck its nose under the fence (it didn't bark, whine or be aggressive). The neighborhood is very nice, and was very quiet for a beautiful spring evening.
45Really nice yard and so great to have a 6 foot fence all the way around! I brought my own, but the yard even had poop bags in a dispenser and a little garbage bin. My only concern was the cute and friendly little dog next door who kept sticking his little nose and face under the fence in a few spots. My dog thankfully was cool about it, but another dog might not be? The other thing that kept me on edge a bit is that the north gate was easily nosed open several inches. A determined dog could most likely squeeze through that space and escape. I kept a very close eye on my pup to make sure she didn’t do her usual Houdini magic. Other than that, the yard was everything I’d hoped for. We’ll be visiting again! I’m going to reach out to Matt and see if he’d be open to securing that north gate somehow so that it is Houdini-proof.

Fully fenced in, mostly flat back yard with mature trees in a quite neighborhood. There are a few uneven surfaces in the yard due to bunnies and tree roots so please be mindful.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    Great spot! Lots of places to sniff, large enough to throw a ball and get good zoomies! The fence is sturdy, with no gaps, and high. Even though my dog is dog reactive, she did well when the dog next door stuck its nose under the fence (it didn't bark, whine or be aggressive). The neighborhood is very nice, and was very quiet for a beautiful spring evening.

    Nice clean yard, puppy had lots of fun running around. Neighbors seem to have some dogs aswell, but the fence stops them from seeing into the yard. can still hear them bark, but wasn't an issue for me!

Our property can be divided into two spots, one large, open space with mature trees and a dig/sand pit. The other is a more "technical" area with boulder, bridges, natural obstacles and a pond (not actually meant for swimming, but we don't mind dogs taking a dip so long as you don't mind a very muddy dog)
