55We had so much fun! Michael forewarned us about the mud and hills to help us come prepared. The property's 14 acres of wooded trails provided the perfect playground for my dog and me. The trails were secluded, allowing us to focus on practicing off-leash commands and recall without any worries. Plus, encountering a herd of deer and plenty of squirrels added an exciting element to our adventure. We could have easily spent hours here, and can't wait to visit again!

Description

12 wooded acres of trails located between Lake Orion and Oxford. Occasionally, only approx. 6 acres are available for private time with your pets, but we can give notice prior to arrival and provide maps of the 'boundary'. Still plenty of room to roam with your pups. Only fenced one 1 side. Roughly 3/4 mile outside loop. Can provide a map and trails are well marked. Lots of room for puppies to run.

There is a marsh about the center of the property as well as the northern border. Heavily wooded and ticks are out in the warm months, please check your dogs after.

This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

I may also lock their doggie doors, keeping them from coming out to watch the other dogs run, in hopes of keeping the barking down. We do have a small area behind our barn and a larger area towards the middle that may be somewhat flooded, depending on how much rain and snow we get. It’s only there in the winter time and is usually dried up by late April or early May. Our dogs run it daily and never have any problems. The entire 4 acres is fenced all the way around.
