We have a beautiful spot for your dog to run off leash. It’s not fenced but we do provide 47 acres of adventure! A mix of gravel road, grass, woods, and even a pond.

Let your dog run wild and play on our hay meadows in Putnam Station NY. Spot is woman owned and operated, features seclusion and great visibility for a safe, rural experience (please see the map included in the listing). Wide open meadows are beautiful and convenient to NY 22 on a quiet country road. Easy, paved access from the Eastern shores Lake George NY, near Fort Ticonderoga, and the Western Shore of Lake Champlain. Dog owner DOES NOT need to clean up pet waste at our spot ;D Your pet's poo is a beneficial deterrent against crop damage and helps keep deer from hiding their fawns in the meadow. You should have leash, voice, or buzz collar control (we have collars available) to protect from escape into the wilderness or out onto the road. Please contact us a day in advance if you would like to borrow buzz collar system or GPS (so we can make sure everything is fully charged). Our town is VERY strict on DCO enforcement - no loose dogs on the road or neighboring properties EVER please, they would probably send you a ticket in the mail! :P If you anticipate having trouble with keeping your dog close upon entering/leaving the meadows please bring your car well within the steel gate to park before letting pooches out onto the meadows - there is a magnificent view toward the end of the access road and space to turn around in dry weather. Water features are available through streams and small ponds at various locations in the woods, also along the lake there are some ponds, for those who want a longer adventure. Pets may dig anywhere along the wooded edge of the meadows, please no digging in the grassland.

***This yard is not lit and dark after 6:30pm*** OPEN for Spring! Fully fenced 1.25 acres. Dog toys available in toy box located by the gate. Water bowl will be filled for every reservation. Waste bags also provided but please dispose of them off property. Wide open with traffic on one side of the yard by road but fence is secure. Off street parking at this sniff spot. Sniff Spot has cameras for everyone safety. Dogs can run their hearts out!

Our 9-acre property has over 5 acres of mowed land, with several trails and pathways as well. While the area is unfenced, it is far away from the road and downslope, so the road is not visible/accessible from the property.

Come enjoy a two acre campsite with toys, water bowls, water, trash can, chairs , a fire-pit and a screened shaded summer shed. A nice mowed grassy area is perfect for playing with balls and toys. A wooded area is fun for exploring and sniffing the scents of nature. Walk down the old power line trail for additional adventures. Enjoy nature and all the scents and sounds! The beach offers a sandy area perfect for chasing balls and sticks. Take a dip in the cool Schroon River and feel free to walk up the river’s edge and explore the riverbank. Shoes recommended. Overnight camping available upon request and availability.

We have 7 acres of front lawn including 2 ponds that your dog can explore. This is an ideal location for anyone who likes to play fetch or some other running game with their dog off leash — since the grounds are mowed and maintained. Plus, if your dog like chasing geese or swimming this would be the place!

I have a beautiful fenced in yard. It's a dog's paradise with lots of shade. I have a vinyl fence which dogs can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, I rescued a dog from Homeward Bound 12 years ago and they had to come to my house to see the yard and inspect me home.
