35This is a great space! It was very clean - we didn’t encounter any dog poop or garbage. There are garbage cans, picnic tables, and chairs throughout the property for your convenience. The grassy area was well maintained and mowed, and there’s a cute little coffee truck out front if you need a cuppa. Our dogs LOVED sniffing their way through the little forested area.
I had asked the owner to elaborate on the “partially fenced” in the listing, and they kindly told me that there was a hole in the fence towards the back of the property that was pretty overgrown. This was a great heads up and I really appreciated it! I will mention that I was never able to see or find the hole in the fence, so maybe having a marker of some sort would be helpful for future visitors (just so that they can be mindful) 😄
It’s also important to note that there’s no entry gate to enter the Sniffspot, which took us a little by surprise. To enter is just an open entry. If there was a swing gate or even a small picket fence to place in front of the entry, I think this would make the space a 9/10 for me. 😊 We just felt as if anyone from the public could walk in at any time, as there’s not really any signage or barrier to tell people that a Sniffspot booking is in session. Even if there was a little rope with a Sniffspot sign to put across the entry, I think that would help 😊
It’s also important to note that the back of the property does back on to some homes that have dogs. We startled a group of dogs in their backyard when walking through the back of the property, but we called our girls off the fence and all was well. There is lots of area to cover in this space, so we didn’t find it an issue as we just stuck to alternate areas on the property. Just wanted to mention this for anyone who may have dog reactive dogs.
All in all, I would TOTALLY go back if a little gate or barrier to the entry was added! ❤️ The dogs had a great time.Taylor F.
45It was a nice space and my pup had a great time! She loved finding all the toys hidden in the forest, and all the tall grass she got to walk through. I loved that after we were done, we could walk the trail towards the lake, 9/11 memorial, and animal farm :)
Only concerns are to be aware of the space behind the forested area (where all the construction stuff is) there was some nasty foods on the ground my pup got to before I could stop her. As well, there are a bunch of mosquitos so spray your pup and yourself before visiting! Sofia P.

35The spot was good but its not actually meant to be available until April 1 - the owner wasn’t aware we’d be there. Lots of space and dog toys, though! Our dog was definitely tired when we left. Would go back when they are actually open and ready for people :)Samantha H.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by picnic tables canopied by Black Walnut Trees. To the right is a vast open field where your pup can romp and play to their heart's content. Further in, trails wind through the property, leading you and your canine companion on exciting explorations through lush forests and scenic vistas. Along the way, your dog is free to dig, run, climb the trees and chase squirrels!
For the more adventurous pups, an array of obstacles and agility equipment beckon, offering opportunities for thrilling challenges and boundless energy release.
But the fun doesn't stop there! We've also provided an assortment of dog toys scattered throughout the park, ensuring that there's never a dull moment for your furry friend. Whether they prefer chasing balls or tugging on ropes, there's plenty to keep tails wagging and tongues panting with joy.
While your dogs play, you can relax and unwind at one of the many picnic benches dotted around the property. Feel free to pack a delicious lunch and take advantage of our charcoal BBQs for a sizzling outdoor feast. We love dogs! We have a Dogo Argentino and an American Bully. We also love nature and have restored the natural flora of this property! Explore the trails and immerse yourself in the flowers, trees, mushrooms, grasses, mosses, and ask the creatures that live within! Your pup is going to love it! Bring a picnic and stay a while 😊
