Description

A nice green space with small trees and bushes to sniff around. We frequently have doggy visitors so there are plenty of smells for your dog to check out! Please feel free to use the kiddie pool. I will generally fill it for your visit, along with a water bowl, but you are welcome to use the hose if it is not filled. **Please be advised for reactive dogs** our neighbor to the right has a reactive dog on the other side of the privacy fence. It may be an issue if your pet is also reactive.

Please park far enough right to allow cars to come and go from garage. Please pick up all pet waste. There is a garbage on the concrete patio. If you do not have your own poop bags you may use the scooper by the garbage. Please latch the gate when you are leaving.

Hello we are Tyler and Cody! We have a large yard with a hill. We have a deck for humans or a picnic table down with the dogs to relax. We have two dogs (Cooper and Morty) who are 25ish lbs and love to play. They have all their shots but also they are just fine staying inside while you enjoy time with your pups! We work from home so if you need anything just let us know!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
