55Great place with ample parking and water available for dogs. Shaded areas was nice with the hot weather.
55Open field upon entry with a long road to follow for a longer walk. Grounds were cut and roadway clearly marked.
55We had a great walk! The dogs loved playing along the path. It takes around an hour in and back. A bonus was no ticks. (The dogs stayed out of the forest as requested)

Description

Daily 6 A.M. until 9 P.M. we offer a partially fenced, groomed 1 acre + 2 field play areas, where your dogs can run free. We have chairs in the fields for you to relax. There is a pond in the first field. Fresh well water in a bucket, for dogs, and bowls, are provided in the first field. From there we have a mile long walking trail through fields and along forest. It's very straight, and if you stay on the trail, you can't get lost. The trail is marked with flagging tape the whole way. It's very quiet and peaceful. You can often see deer, wild turkeys and lots of birds, sometimes bald eagles. A walk to the end and back is 2 miles and takes 40 minutes at a moderate pace. Be dressed for gravel on the trail and potential water puddles in wet seasons. We have a white garbage can for poop but please use biodegradable dog poop bags. ***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD per hour for the first dog, subsequent dogs are $6/hour and guests will be charged in USD*** On your way home, stop at MacKinnon's brewery just down the road for food and drinks. They are dog and family friendly; an all around great place to visit!
