Description

The property is a 5 acre vacant parcel spotted with beautiful mature oak and eucalyptus trees and a seasonal creek. There is a flat pasture towards the back of the property away from the road perfect for chasing balls & critters or sniffing and rolling around. There is also a forested area with small walking trails, albeit they aren’t currently maintained. It’s partially fenced along the eastern side of the property and the southern boundary is marked by white flags so you’ll know where to avoid crossing onto the neighbors land. I work on the property occasionally but I won’t be near the pasture play area while you’re there. An access road is paved along with a safe place to park off the road. There’s a sign at the parking area and a dog waste trash can & recycling bin nearby. You can walk to the pasture or forested area from there. If you have questions, please feel free to ask!

Hazards

This is a future farm so there is a compost pile that may smell interesting to your dog. There are currently stacks of firewood and brush from forest clearing. Occasionally, passerbys dump trash or other items on our driveway or near the entrance. We try to clean up daily but if you notice any eye sores or obstructions, please let me know!

My super active border collie mix had a blast! You will not find this much acreage anywhere else in the Bay Area on Sniffspot! Hammocks, trash bins, and picnic table were a great touch. Highly recommended for anyone with an active dog that enjoys open space!

Had trouble finding the right entrance lol. But once we found it, we let our puppers run to their hearts desire! We were expecting even perfectly terrain to play soccer with our Aussies but they ran anyways! We brought our own balls and water just because. Will definitely be regulars here

Exactly as described. We kept our high energy dog on a long lead because it would have been really easy for her to cross property lines. Strong recall/a long line is a must here! There are so many different types of places for your dog to sniff/explore. Can’t wait to come back when the grass isn’t dead!

We had so much fun!! We had my Golden, Aussie and Chihuahua, and all three enjoyed it equally! Your dogs need to come to you on command as there is a road and adjacent private property nearby, but the owner is super open about the partial fencing in the description. This is a favorite spot for sure!!! Thank you Dawn!!😁🐾🌺

Beautiful 2 acres, sloping hillside leading to a lush pasture meadow. Peaceful and secluded, plenty of shade and also large sunny areas. Fresh waters available at all times. Fully fenced with 6 ft chain link, easy access and property hosts always on site
