Hello! We’re just getting started hosting with Sniffspot and are excited to host you! Please let us know what we can do to improve the space. A past guest let us know we needed better signage, so we got a bright blue sign printed and hung it on the fenced area. Another guest mistook the community garden (incompletely fenced) for the play area (completely fenced). If you see vegetables, the area is not completely fenced! You're welcome to explore, just be respectful of the gardeners and plants please. The avocado tree overhanging the play area is dropping fruit right now, so if your dog likes to eat random stuff on the ground please be careful! The play area is tucked between St Stephen’s in-the-Field Episcopal Church and the left hand fence (turn from Santa Teresa Blvd onto Avenida España, then take the first right and head to the back). There are two churches on the lot, ours is at the back, with ample off street parking and lots of gardens to explore, in addition to the enclosed play space. Feel free to message with any questions!

Welcome to Maxie pool for private water play time! First pet pool in the area! The pool will be open starting July 17th for the summer! The pool is cleaned weekly by professional cleaning company. We provide S/M/L size dog life jacket and some pool toys. You are welcome to bring your pup’s favorite water toys! Enjoy the summer with your fur baby! POOL RULES (please read) *Please note this is a private swimming session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all time, NO coach/lifeguard on site. *The east side of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pet & owner swim at own risk. Pool owners are not responsible for any liability. *Dog owner is welcome to enter the pool, but no bathroom provided. Please note the pool temperature is around 60-68 degree in April. *Sorry we cannot accommodate any parties. *Please only off leash your dog once you enter the pool area after passing the steel gate. The pool area is fenced. Please make sure the pool fence is locked at all times. When you leave the pool area please lock as well. *This is a quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors so no loud music/pool party/screaming/yelling. *No use of the pool beside the registered guests. 1 dog with 2 adults maximum, max occupancy 4 dogs with 6 adults. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Monday and there might be pool chemicals. Pool is not open on Monday mornings. *Please note there are plants, trees & flowers, areas with mulch, rocks & stones in the backyard. Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all time. Host is not liable for for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet owners. *No food or glassware in the pool. *No diving, running, pushing, or shoving. *No boisterous or rough play. *No peeing/pooping in pool. Please pay closely attention to you dog and let me know asap if your dog accidentally pee/poop in pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrance and the backyard. Cameras are on and recording while there is motion detected during the reservation. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.

We have a large training/playfield as well as an obstacle area with obstacles that are built to help your dog build confidence. $40 price includes up to 4 dogs for an hour. All proceeds go to maintaining and improving the Sniff Spot.

Large grass fully fenced backyard. We have a nice deck for humans to enjoy. A huge tree with swings and a kids play area. Make it a family affair! Hose access and kiddie pool for water play or bathing your dog. Come enjoy!! ~my calendar appears fully blocked, but message me with safe and time you’d like to come.
