Allowable Rock Hounding - Please be safe Bring gear (shovels, picks, safety) Please Pick up after yourselves, NO LITTERING, No Stealing what's on-site, including piles of stones already claimed, and MISC items. An inventory count has already been taken place, this is an ESTATE. Please be respectful of the wildlife, there are bears, mountain lions, red tailed fox, plenty of deer on property Please try and bring self defense for safety. No hunting. There is no fence, please be mindful of your surroundings. There is an OutHouse, use at your discretion.

	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated!
