Owners dogs will be inside during your reserved times. Occasionally the train goes by. One bowl of water will be provided upon request. Back yard has two sections that are gated off but you can open gate. Please close this gate and main entrance gate prior to leaving the property.

Fenced backyard with a patio outside to sit while your.dog(s) play. Plan to add some items to.the backyard for the dogs to.enjoy themselves. This will include bags to pick up the poo.

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!

Large open grassy pasture (no horses will be in it at time of visiting). Fenced with "no climb" wire from the ground to about 4' Large 10'x24' open run-in shed provides shade. Water spicket conveniently located near gate.

Bring your furry friends for a little outside time. We have a decent sized fenced in back yard. There is a chair and umbrella for your comfort. The teal bowl will be filled with fresh drinking water for the dogs. I do have a small raised garden, as of now nothing is planted so don’t stress if your furry friends get curious. When I do plant stuff I plan to have a cover but accidents do happen, all I ask is that you try to avoid the garden.
