Description

Fully fenced backyard with room to run and where dogs can’t see neighbors. There are trees, plants, garden, and outdoor seating area. Bottled water and shade provided. During summer time and hot days, kiddy pools will be provided for dogs. Parking and access to yard are available via private gated driveway. Single use code to be provided day of rental. Property utilizes security cameras 24/7 for security purposes. Please note I do have dogs who will be secured in the house. Please leash your dog(s) while walking to and from your car. Max 5 dogs and 3 people per visit. Each dog has to have their own leash and must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination may be required prior to entry. Discounts may be available for law enforcement, fire fighters, active or retired service personnel, teachers, and multiple dogs. Please message me for more info. Please clean up after your dog or you may be charged a cleaning fee. Trash cans, bags, pooper scoopers, and hand sanitizer provided. Full size pool for dog use only. Please refer to Sniff Spot’s policy regarding pool safety. Note you are responsible for your dogs safety while they are swimming. No lifeguard is on duty at this property. If you prefer to limit access to my pool, there’s a yard behind the pool area separated by a lachable metal fence. All fencing is at least 5.5 feet tall and is either concrete, wood, or chain-link. Please refer to photos before booking. Also note that signing a liability waiver may be required to enter this property. This may be provided prior to visit for review. 	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

Bri's Backyard In Burbank

Welcome to Burbank! We have a large grassy backyard we'd love to share with your fur friend! A few years ago we rescued a big beautiful dog that did not get along with other dogs. Our backyard was her safe haven. Now that she has passed away, we want this to be a haven to other dogs like her. It was such a joy to have her run in the grass without worrying about another dog. Saint Augustine and wild grass, citrus trees, a few fruit and veggie beds, and some roses / flowers. We have a table, and plenty of seating in the shade. Be advised: Due to environmental and water safety reasons, we do not use any weed killer or chemicals on our lawn. We do our best to keep up with maintenance and keep the yard clear, but there will still be occasional wild grass, prickles, weeds, and bugs in the yard.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
