With approximately 3,000 square feet of open space, there's plenty of room to run, sniff, roll, and do whatever makes your dog's heart sing. ✨ Easy to find, even easier to love — enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you'll ever use (seriously, it's a delight). 🌞 Morning visits are especially magical — the sun is kind and the vibe is peaceful. Street parking is a breeze. 💧 There's a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated — just turn it on slowly so you don't end up wetter than your dog! For extra fun, your pups can enjoy a doggy pool, ball pit, and even doggy ice cream! 🍦🎉 The property is completely private, secure, and secluded—no other dogs or people in sight. The yard features plenty of open grass space that is perfect for zoomies, fetch, training, or simply letting your dog stretch their legs. Guests will find a welcome basket with plush toys and tennis balls available for play, along with complimentary treats and waste bags for convenience. A kiddie pool is also available as an optional add-on for pups who want to splash around and cool off on warmer days. There is plenty of easy street parking, and the yard is accessed through the gate on the right side of the house. We created this space to give dogs a safe, calm place to exercise, play, and enjoy some freedom off leash. We hope you and your pup have a great visit. 🐾
