Description

.35 acres 95% is backyard. Currently there are 2 raised garden beds that should be avoided, but everything else is play friendly! There are 2 large shade trees, 1 is a pecan and you can collect as many as you would like. There are 2 small kiddie pools you can fill up using the water hose on the side of the yard. Please dump water after use (near the garden is a plus!) There is a covered patio with an oversized porch swing, Hammock swing, and a couch. You'll find some toys for playing and water bowls

Hazards

There is a yard essentials shed in the back yard, it will be closed and locked, but there could be hazardous materials in the shed. If for some reason it is left open, avoid the area. We also have 2 large oleander plants that are poison for dogs, if you have a plant nibbling friend be mindful of that

	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
	Always review and abide by spot specific rules.
	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.
