While there are neighbors nearby, there is no sidewalk running directly along the fence, and foot traffic is minimal. For visitors, we provide chairs for humans, and for dogs we offer kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for extra fun and cooling off on warm days. Peaceful Partially Fenced 10 Acres with Pond and Creek In Celina

Property is located on a dead end street, so there is very little traffic. All surrounding houses sit on acreage, so neighbors and their pets are seldom seen. All neighboring animals are kept in a fenced area when outside. Wildlife can be spotted on the property especially close to the wooded area and creek. The pond does have fish, turtles, frogs etc, so dogs swim at their risk. The creek is fairly dry with just a shallow stream most of the time unless there has been a recent rain. It's a great place to explore. Like any pastureland/field, snakes can occasionally be found as well. No need to clean up doggie messes that are not within a 50 yard radius of the house.

Turn left and walk past the pool to the second chain-link gate, then enter the back section. Dogs must remain on leash until fully inside the back yard. The Space: Fully fenced with a combination of chain-link, wood fencing, and deer fencing. Great for most dogs. Not ideal for very small escape artists. There is also a trampoline in the yard — if your dog hops up on it, that’s perfectly fine!
