The host, Leah, is delightful and very friendly and accommodating. If the beach ain’t your thing, you can hang out in the peaceful backyard which has trees, a hilly area and ground covering for your dog to explore.

Description

Full fenced in backyard for you and your dog(s)! We offer two separate seating areas in our deck and in our backyard (see pictures). For your dog we offer: 2 fresh filled water bowls, dog treats (milk ones) and a basket of dog toys. We also have beach access and you can also take our private stairs down to the beach! Please specify in your booking if you are looking to use the backyard, the beach, or both as you will need to be escorted down to the beach as our guests.

FOR BEACH ACCESS: Please note the beach access is private, but also accessible to all the neighbors who also have deeted beach rights. Things to note is that other neighbors use the beach and also have dogs (who may be off leash). If you would like to utilize the beach I MUST escort you to the stairs of the beach, and dogs must be leashed at all times. If your dog is not dog friendly or people friendly beach access may be something to reconsider!

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

Children and grandchildren are welcome to join the fun. There's a dirt box with organic soil, a rock box, and a sandbox where pups are welcome to roll around and play, too! It's on a nice, quiet dead end. We are the last house on the right, and gps will usually stop you right before. By the way, we ask you to please pull all the way into the dead end for parking. During the summer months, when the weather is permitting, we'll set up pup pools and splash pads. On special occasions during the summer, with advance notice, of course, we can set up a ball pit, bounce house, or other various activities. If you would like to have a pup date with another guest and their dog, please book together. We only ask for those meeting up for pup dates, that their dogs be previously acquainted before their visit here with us. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, or If you need any accommodations made. In the future, we hope to offer extras such as freshly laid eggs, hot chocolate/coffee/tea, and movie screenings, so stay tuned!
