55Dean’s property is massive. My dog loves running in long strides on this well groomed immense land. His property is peaceful for both myself and my dog. I am able to walk his property with her able to sniff and walk beside me without the leash. It’s always a beautiful experience visiting Dean’s place. He is also very friendly and readily available to answer questions. I highly recommend a visit with your pup!

55Our 13 month old Dalmatian Winnie and my partner and I had the best time at this property! It was beautiful, clean and private. She ran and ran and ran some more and the host left some toys and fresh water. Can’t wait to come back!
55Dean’s property was extremely clean and beautiful! My dog enjoyed running freely and sniffing the perimeter. I typically walk her on the leash, so this felt great to walk without it and not worry about her running off. Deans yard is so big that I got a workout as well walking the yard! I highly recommend this property. Dean left water, dog treats and waste bags, and was very quick to communicate, with clear instructions. We will 100% be back for another great time!

55Great host and location… if you’re thinking of making the drive out, it’s well worth it and would highly recommend. Dean provided cold water and a bowl for the dog, do do bags, and toys. Space is full of green grass and has lots of shade. 10 out of 10 recommend!

“My wife and myself live on the property as mentioned we have 7 acres. The house is set back so it does not interfere with the dog park upon entering the property on the private road driveway you do not have to pass by any homes or people it’s completely tranquil and isolated.”

There is a gate that we operate in order to keep everything enclosed. Please note this is a private entry owned by us. It’s a long flag driveway. We own three parcels. Each parcel is a little over 2 acres each for a combined acreage of close to 7 acres at the end of the flag. Driveway is our personal residence but the dog spot is the first two vacant lots that are fully fenced enclosed that would be accessible for the doggies.

Located in the quiet Hamlet of Aquabogue set back on a flag property over 7 acres are primary residence resides on the rear property which allows for a 3 acre plus dog park in the beginning of the property fully fenced and private adjacent to a quiet nursery no neighbors or sounds or noises no pass or buyers or trafficthe nearest road is Hubbard Avenue which is well over 1000 feet away. Speed limit is 30 miles property is fenced in and fully accessible. Ample parking area is fully grass with no pesticides or poisonous apple wildlife to view osprey groundhogs, deer, rabbits and an occasional fox easy access directly off 105.

The pool is CLOSED. Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. We communicate with them to avoid this as best we can. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions.
