Description

Come visit our beautiful water front property with your four legged family members! We have lots of space for running around and playing on the Halifax with water access should your fur baby want to go for a swim. Check out the many amenities I provide for both 4 legged and 2 legged humans! 😊 Enjoy a complimentary cold bottled water while you play and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Halifax River. You’re likely to see boats, jet skis, dolphins, blue herons, jumping fish, pelicans diving for lunch, and so much more. I would love to host a fun, relaxing and memorable experience for you and your friends together!

I will provide a kiddie pool and home made organic papering products, including a flea shampoo, dry skin shampoo, a dry shampoo and coconut oil for your use to bathe, brush, massage and pamper your pup during your visit. 	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.

	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

The yard was 10/10 beautiful. We came for the water feature and had a blast splashing around. JoAnne (host) was also awesome. One thing to note: the neighbors have small barky dogs, visible from the yard. The neighbors were super courteous and put their dogs inside when mine had a meltdown. But just be aware, if your dog is mega reactive like mine.

Hi there! I am JoAnne, a lifetime dog lover and your Sniffspot host. The dog on my lap in my profile pic is my grand fur baby, Buddy, a crazy and playful beagle/hound mix rescue who also thinks he is a lapdog. Haha. He does not reside with me, he is with his mom, dad and sister.

Hello! Welcome to our private, fenced, dog friendly space! I am slightly dog-obsessed and a pet dog/service dog trainer by profession. We welcome pups of all breeds and sizes and of course their humans too! Our dog, Marshall, lives for other dogs and you better believe he can be ready to romp in a snap of a finger (or paw) if he is invited. Dolly is the other resident dog, she is small and feisty! She is super fast and her version of fetch is chasing the fetcher with no intention of trying to get the ball. Of course, if you are looking to spending some alone time with your fur baby, we will happily leave you to it and we encourage you to make yourself at home!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
