Welcome to Sweetwater Palms. A private home featuring a Swimming pool for your Pup to swim, splash and play. Pet parent get to enjoy the amenities too. Also makes great Photos for social media post. Large pool with shallow ledge. Perfect for wading and getting your feet and paws wet until ready doggy paddle. Fully fenced Pool deck allows for off leash enjoyment. Yard features nice green grass for fetch, Small walking trail, and Dock on Sweetwater Creek. We just added a Dog sand box too! Stay for an hour for a quick dip or pack the family and Pool Bag and chill for hours. Our yard offers lots of Fun and relaxation opportunities. Like Sniffspot charges for additional pups, we do charge for additional human companions. Pup swim includes 1 Human Friend. **** Additional Humans MUST be added under extras **** Dog Floats, Human Floats and other fun stuff under extras. Host Note: Our pool and deck is sunny most of the day starting early am. IF you prefer more Shade book at 3:00 on. Our 2 story house starts to shade the Pool Deck. Up coming Events: Fall Photo Backdrops and Decorations Halloween Treat Trail Winter: Pool will remain open for use. If your water dog wants to swim it is ok with us. For human comfort Hot tub can be added. Some warm water will pour over to shallow ledge.

Trampoline is not for guest use. Other pets on property. Including chickens in coop. 1 indoor outdoor cat. He will avoid dogs but let me know if we need to contain cat inside for visit. Spot does have the potential to have dangerous wildlife as it backs up to nature and creek water. Dog Birthday Party Gotcha Day$100.0

Number of dogs and hours does have to be booked by hosting guest. Up to 8 dogs and up to 10 Human Companions. Party Includes: Decorations, Pup Cups, take home toys. Mini Pool Set up, Bone Dog Float, People Floats. Extra 15 Min Early host arrival, 15 Extra Close Up. Cost Covers: Extra Cars, Humans, temporary fence put in nature section, trash collection, poop patrol, yard clean up and reset and shock of pool. Please message host for any question or to coordinate details.

Well Behaved Dogs and Humans Welcome. This is a special treat for good boys and girls. No aggressive animals on our property. Visit is for 1 Dog and 1 Human. Like Sniffspot charges for extra Dogs, we do charge for extra Humans on extras. Additional guest must be added or host will have to ask for booking to be updated. Please leash your dog to enter or exit. Clean up after Dogs. If you do not have bags, some grocery style will be on deck. Dog Hair - A pregame brush goes a long way. Please brush pet if possible. Human People : Please supervise children and guest at all times including pool area, yard and nature sections. No lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk. Shoes recommended in yard. Dangerous wildlife could exist in nature areas. NO Diving or Running on pool deck. NO Loitering in Front Yard. NO Underaged Drinking. This is my current list of NO items but when in doubt, ASK. Breaking the rules may result in being asked to leave early. NO REFUND. No Parties. Trash: Please place in bin(s) provided. Late: Please be on time. Pre-Plan the drive time to get here.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    We love to visit Sweetwater Palms, this spot really has it all. It’s full of adorable decor (fabulous for photos) and the area is beautifully maintained. The host offers so much to really make it special for you & your pup(s). The area is safe and peaceful, it was the perfect place for my boy to try swimming for the first time. Now it’s one of our favorite places to go. We can’t say enough lovely things about it, definitely a must see!
