Description

There’s well over 5 acres that’s fully fenced. The 5 acres of fenced land is a combination of sunny unused farmland pastures (tall grass), lined with shaded woodland, and lots of well kept lawn areas to sniff around while exploring. If even more of a rugged canine adventure is desired and addition almost 10 acres of unfenced land is available to explore where lots of woods (Incl. train tracks), open fields, marsh land, views of 2 ponds and more can be found. Even over night primitive tent or RV camping (electric provided) can be negotiated for an additional fee.

Hazards

This is a farm so there will be potential hazards that can be seen from above as well as unseen below. We love our dogs (well all dogs tbh) so we do our best to keep hazards to a minimum. However, this land has been farmed for generation before us so dogs do unearth a bit of history from time to time and occasional highway litter may occasionally blow in that we may not be aware of. We have a gorgeous fully fenced 1.5 acre area for both dogs and humans to enjoy. Most of the fence is 5 feet with the gate area being 4 feet. Lush green well maintained grass. (No digging allowed please) Human pool that dogs & humans are allowed in for an extra fee. Plenty of sun and shade. Plenty of balls and toys to play with. Car limit is 1 car, if you have an additional car you can add that on in the extra area. Dog limit is 2 dogs, 2 extra dogs can be added thru the extras for a total of 4. Human limit is 2, 2 more people can be added in the extras for a total of 4. If you have any questions please don't hesitate!! :)
