***IMPORTANT: All prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** This is a private hobby horse farm in Metchosin. I have a large field that would be a great spot to let your dog run free. I have a 120x60 foot sand ring for detail training (must inform if the ring is going to be used). Water access hose in the corner of fields. Small swing on tree. Outhouse by the barn. Please pick up after your pet. Respect the property and use the garbage cans provided

No Smoking on the property as this is a hay field. Please be respectful of people and property. If booking ring please text as I like to meet my guests the first time as access is through my barn.

	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

This is a beautiful spot. The dogs had a great run. The field is large which meant I could keep the dogs away from the resident horses. Just didn’t want to bother them. Loved hearing the sheep in the distance. A little issue - one of my dogs is a scavenger…and there are egg shells in the field which my dog was very interested is eating. So I needed to keep an eye on him to keep him away from the shells. I am not sure how successful I was!
Host replied: The egg shells are from the Ravens getting eggs from the chickens next door. I keep picking them up but they are persistent little birds

Very nice and large open area. The location is easy to find and the details mentioned in the app were correct. We tried out this Sniffspot with our reactive dog. We knew the area is only partially fenced and there will be distractions. Unfortunately, we can't recommend it for very reactive dogs like ours, just due the animals, kids etc. around and the partial fence. But for any non-reactive dog this is a beautiful and large spot perfect for running and playing.
Host replied: I’m glad you enjoyed the area. In the future if someone messages me they have a reactivate pup, I will make sure the horses are secure in their paddocks and not in the back field near the dog area. Additionally thank you for your patience, it was dinner time and an unusually busy day on the property during your visit. I will do my best to improve your next visit. Thank You for the feedback.

I couldn't think of a better spot for my pup to run and roam in. The hosts are so very kind, and had a big tub of water waiting for a thirsty pup at the end of our playtime! there's a ton of open space and a good mix of shade and open areas. will definitely be coming back :)

Wind Ridge Farm Field

****IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD so it is around 15 canadian*** This is a mostly open area farm field. Space includes a small wooded area within the fenced area. Bathroom available on site in the smaller barn. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs or severely reactive. Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR DOG ON A LEASH WHEN PASSING ANOTHER DOG PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPOT. Lots of seniors visit this spot and they may need some extra time to walk to their cars. For the most part spacing between guests has been good. Please read the essential rules the website has suggested in order to keep this a fun and safe place for dogs. Guests can be blocked from booking again if they do not respect the space or who are rude to me. Please check the spot descriptions for all details regarding animals on the property. SPRING AND SUMMER ANNOUNCEMENTS *We will be adding a doggy splash pad and a kiddie pool with fresh water as an add on option. Thank you to all our visitors. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
