55Water feature (the river) was the highlight destination for our dogs. The gigantic field with tall grasses were wonderful and they’re hiding 3 balls we lost, so keep a close eye if you’re throwing balls/sticks. It was a great spot for dogs who stay with their people since it’s only partially fenced. Ours stay close. It would be hard for dogs to wander off-property but possible if they struggle with recall. We sat on comfy chairs under a tent while the dogs had fun in the water. My only suggestion to the owner is to have a Sniffspot branded sign at the entrance. I was confused by the difference between the stated instructions and the reality of the situation. Small thing! But we will return thanks to the beauty, the size, and the access to water. Gorgeous place, thank you!
55Beautiful spot and great water feature
55I really appreciate the mowed trails in the field. One thing of note on the river… there is a small ledge and then a drop off into the water. So if your dog needs a gradual walk in to water this isn’t the best spot. It is gorgeous!
55A big open space with beautiful views on a clear day!
35Lovely view of the river, but the owners of this Sniffspot have this tagged incorrectly with “no other people” and “no other dogs”. That is not always the case, and they may not be aware of this. There is an adjacent large field (private property) separated only by an old barbed wire cow fence (in places there is no fencing or barely any to speak of). Frequently there are people with their dogs in the field next to this Sniffspot. If your dog does not have great recall, or if they have any sort of aggression issues, I would long-leash him/her so they don’t take off into the next property. Also, lots of cyclists and often farm machinery, so if your dog doesn’t have great recall that could be an issue. I would give this Sniffspot 4 to 5 stars if there were a proper fence separating their property from the adjacent property.
55Great space for dogs to run and play. Appreciated the cut path for walking on.
55Our first visit and we had a great time! Definitely will be back.
55We had a great time! Water access point is down a relatively steep hill, it’s a river so keep in mind the water does have a current. My pups a strong swimmer so it wasn’t an issue for us. We’ll definitely come back again.
55Great big open space with water access. They sent clear instructions how to find it which was very helpful. My dog had a great time exploring the field and playing in the tall grass.
55Great spot, lots of area to run around for my reactive pup and play fetch, great views as well. We will be back again.

Description

Natural pasture with beautiful view of the cascade foothills and an amazing place to access the Snoqualmie River. Your furbaby will have so much space to frolic and just be a dog. It’s adjacent to my other 32 acres being used for duck pond and wetland. There are spots in the fence where they could run through but the property is surrounded by acres of farmland so nothing to worry about. No other domestic dogs are allowed on the property only one guest at a time. You and your furbaby will get 21.6 acres with river access and a million dollar view of the cascade mountains to enjoy privately. Parking is on the street for now and I am working on expanding the opening to allow off street parking for my guests. This has been a dream of ours to open up this amazing spot for dog owners to enjoy a safe private wide open space with their furry friends.
