Description

Our property is a beautiful 8.24 acres, including a 1.5 acre pond. The pond has a dock that you can sit on, or use for the dogs to jump into the water. There is a pedal boat for use for an additional amenity fee. If you and your pup love to fish, feel free to bring your own supplies for catch and release. Our stream fed pond has blue gill, catfish and bass. (Bites are of course dependent on weather) We do have 9 goats, and we keep them behind the fences, not where your dog(s) will be. You are free to see them and play with them through the fencing. They love humans. Our property is very accessible from the street, has easy parking (big vehicles included), a few small hills, and a huge back pasture that you can easily play fetch in. We are tucked back in to give a country feel, without the city feel shenanigans. ***TRASH CAN - there is a trash can located by the RV building. Feel free to use that for picking up after your dog(s). *** TOWELS - if your dog decides to go in the pond and you didn’t bring a towel, message me here on the app and I can bring one down for you if I’m home. The train also comes through a few times a day. If you wave at them, they’ll honk the horn if they see you. We hope you and your pup(s) have a blast! Thanks for coming.

We have a fully stocked pond with Bass, Bluegill and Catfish. Please provide your own fishing equipment, and chairs. Catch and release only.

Pedal boat on the pond$5

Do you and your pup want to take an adventure around the pond? We have a 4 seater pedal boat just for you. (Weight limit 1,000lb). Your pup can go in it as well. (You may also fish from the pedal boat). Please bring your own life vests. When you are done, please tie it back up at the dock.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!!! This place is amazing. Lots of land to run on and my golden retriever LOVED the pond. I was a little nervous about the “unfenced portion” considering my Pyrenees chooses to not listen sometimes, but the host came out and walked us through the property- and the unfenced portion was so small and easily avoidable. They didn’t go near it the entire time. Will absolutely be coming back!

The gap in the fence is small and not of much concern if you go to the opposite side of the land. The goats are visible but aren’t bothered by dogs so they make for great socialization/confidence building experience! The land is well maintained and the pond is massive for those who love water.

It was great, my dog loved it. The goats concerned me a little bit. I was afraid my dog would go after them even though they were securely fenced in. There are a couple of places where there are open gates, so a dog that takes off could. I would definitely visit again, it was beautiful and clean with lots of running room!

Momma of 3 boys. We have 9 goats, and 1 YorkiPoo that thinks he’s the toughest dog that ever lived. We love our property and are happy you’re here to share it with us. On a side note, I do take care of my aunt that has dementia. She likes to sit on the porch swing (not in the same area as where your dog will be). If you have a reactive dog, please let me know and I’ll be sure to keep my Aunt inside the home for the duration of your visit.

70 wonderful acres. Wildlife plentiful. Two creeks. Park has trails from UTV riding so no problem accessing. No UTVS will be present during your stay. Closed during hunting season. The dogs just love it. Dottie says so. Enjoy. WOOF.

Please park by the big metal building, there is dog water, a hose, and towels should you need to wash off your pups! Open limited hours during hunting and planting seasons. *Area fenced off around pool and house are off-limits to guests.

No Tall Tails Play Yard

Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friends as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available (with ample notice). This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) One side of our yard does meet our neighbors property and they might be mowing or trimming during your visit ( if it does occur and disrupts your vist please let me know).
