Hi, we have 9 acres of land with a large fully stocked fishing and swimming pond and walking/riding trails in the woods around our home. 2 seperate trails for you and your dog to enjoy. This space includes a new, fully enclosed privacy fence, (Some photos may show the old fence), and an area for sitting while your dogs explore. The neighborhood is safe and rather quiet, but you will likely hear/see people and dogs in the neighborhood during your visit. Please avoid pups from digging in the yard. The yard is pooper scooped frequently, but please pick up after your pups during your visit. :)

We moved back to the KC area last year and are in the process of turning our new home into a doggy wonderland. Our team of three runs a full time pet care company including doggy daycare, boarding, and drop in visits for all sorts of animal species. As pet care lovers and trainers, we understand the importance of having a private, secure space to work or be with your dog for whatever reason. Our nearly 3 acre backyard is fully fenced, at least our 5 lb chihuahua, daycare dogs, and dozens of sniffspotters have yet to find a way out. While we try our best to maintain our yard, sometimes the grass gets high or there are fallen branches. If grass length is a deal breaker, just ask! We'll let you know if it's gotten high or is freshly mowed. There is a detached garage with an old chicken coop with a hole in the door in the middle of the yard. We're aware the hole is there, we don't have immediate plans to fix it, and we don't mind if your dog wanders into it. The yard backs up to the highway. It can get a little loud, but it's pretty much white noise to us and our dogs. Aside from the highway, it's generally a quiet spot. There is a smaller fenced in area of the backyard we use for dog training. You can use that or the main yard. There's a large circle drive at the entrance of our property. You can either open the large double gate and park behind the fence or you can park by the fence and swing open the smaller gate to walk in. Near the carport is a shelf with poo bags, our business cards, grooming wipes, a grooming towel, dog water bowls, and usually some extra tennis balls. Let us know if anything is missing! There's a trash can by the carport, as well as a waste station halfway down the yard (trash can and additional poo bags) and another in our smaller fenced in area. There's a spigot by the carport and another at the RV port that can be used to fill water bowls or play with. We don't have lighting in the backyard, but can turn on the lights under the carport, should you ever desire. Feel free to move around chairs or table or use the swing. Note, this is our home and we're constantly working on our property. There are piles of firewood, wheelbarrows, and the occasional rake left out leaning against the shed.

Our property is a beautiful 8.24 acres, including a 1.5 acre pond. The pond has a dock that you can sit on, or use for the dogs to jump into the water. There is a pedal boat for use for an additional amenity fee. If you and your pup love to fish, feel free to bring your own supplies for catch and release. Our stream fed pond has blue gill, catfish and bass. (Bites are of course dependent on weather) We do have 9 goats, and we keep them behind the fences, not where your dog(s) will be. You are free to see them and play with them through the fencing. They love humans. Our property is very accessible from the street, has easy parking (big vehicles included), a few small hills, and a huge back pasture that you can easily play fetch in. We are tucked back in to give a country feel, without the city feel shenanigans. ***TRASH CAN - there is a trash can located by the RV building. Feel free to use that for picking up after your dog(s). *** TOWELS - if your dog decides to go in the pond and you didn’t bring a towel, message me here on the app and I can bring one down for you if I’m home. The train also comes through a few times a day. If you wave at them, they’ll honk the horn if they see you. We hope you and your pup(s) have a blast! Thanks for coming.

Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friends as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available (with ample notice). This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) One side of our yard does meet our neighbors property and they might be mowing or trimming during your visit ( if it does occur and disrupts your vist please let me know). Large rolling yard with lots of space for dogs too run and trees for shade

Hi everyone, Welcome to Donna's Dog Park! We offer 2 acres of fully fenced fun for your furry friend. There are flat, wide open areas, mature trees and semi wooded spots in the yard. Your dog(s) can run, sniff, roll and play to their heart's content. We have 2 water stations, 2 baskets filled with toys and treats for your pet. For the humans, we have 3 different seating areas. An open area on the patio with 4 tables and chairs and an umbrella that you can open/close depending on your preferce. There is also a covered patio with a ceiling fan, a table and 6 chairs. There is a basket on the table with sun screen, bug spray, wet wipes and hand sanitizer for your use. Waste bags are provided in the basket as well. The third seating area will be ready soon and is on the raised back porch which is also covered. It has an outdoor love seat, chairs and a hammock and provides a nice spot to sit and watch your dogs. We've recently opened and I've ordered a sign for the park entrance which should arrive in a week or so. We will have water features and an agility course in the near future. Our goal is to provide a clean safe space where your dog(s) can have a pawsitive experience. We welcome your feedback and will do all we can to ensure a pawsitive experience for everyone.
