Unfortunately, there were several difficulties there, one was just getting the gate open. I’d never realized it was an unfinished backyard so when you go, there will be tons of mud right now my dogs were filthy pretty quickly going into it I believe it to construction area, new build, where in the dirt I found a sawblade, and at that point left immediately. He yard has a potential to be decent but I think it still needs a little bit more work. The lady was very kind in booking it. It’s just the property needs to be cleaned up and yard finished…
Host replied: I appreciate your candid review, fence is newly built . The grass will be back after winter and I can assure you the muddy patch will be grassed
