Winter Haven GSP Farm in Orchard Park, NY

Our first Sniffspot Experience, property was spacious and the pond was great. Host has big plans for cleaning up the property and making it a true doggy haven - would love to go back to see what progress she makes with the area.

This was a great spot for our dogs to sniff around and splash in the creek with nice open fields for fetch. It is just off the 219 and easy to find.

Beautiful place, pond, and great people!!

Visited this spot with two of my pups. The space was lovely and comfortable. Plenty of room for my dogs to run and sniff around on long lines without getting tangled or caught in brush. The pond is very nice. There was a table and some chairs to set stuff down. The host was super nice and met me out front and showed me around. Would definitely rent the space again! It's large and spacious, although you can hear the cars/traffic a little bit. For dogs that need fencing, this is not secure but it is far back from the road.

Great sniff spot! Pretty much everything you could ask for... a nice big pond, some wooded but mowed pathways & multiple fields for the pups to run. My 3 dogs had a great time, we will be back!

Dog paradise. Perfect mix of open areas to run, mowed paths and wooded spots. There is a pond which my dog LOVED after running around like a mad man. Owner was very nice/accommodating. I think we just found my dog’s happy place!
