35My pittie puppy Mila wasnā€™t able to go off leash due to the property not being fully fenced and her not having good recall yet. She was still able to enjoy the smells but wasnā€™t able to run free as much. My weenie dog Molly tho had the time of her life as you can tell from the pictures. She sniffed everything she could and even dunked her head in the water šŸ¤£ the property is secluded and away from the road. The property also had chairs and a garbage for dog parents as well as a little swing set if you have little ones. It was a gorgeous property and Iā€™ll be back once my puppy has better recall ā˜ŗļø
55Main amenity here is a good sized pond- pretty good for dogs that like to splash around. It didnā€™t seem too deep along the edges and did have mossy looking stuff on the surface. My dog had a great time splashing around. Grass was mowed in some places and there were some stickers that I had to pick out of my shoes so beware as it gets drier out to make sure that they donā€™t end up in your dogā€™s ears or nose. Lots of birds everywhere for those who want to get some birdwatching in while your pup plays.
55This is a fun property with easy access instructions and clear host communication. There are some really fun aspects to the spot and lots of sniffing to be done. Our boys really loved seeing the horses. There are a few restricted areas (for safety) that are clearly marked however not blocked so if your pup does not have good recall you may want to leash up.
55The dogs had the best time ever! We will definitely be back many times.
55Duggie had a great time running around and looking at the cows on the other side of the fence, playing fetch on the grassy area and the bin with clean dog bowls and water bottles and toys was such a great addition āœØ
35GREAT PLACE BUT MY DOG WAS NOT READY. Theresa was sooo nice and helpful. Unfortunately when I arrived I saw that my dog could definitely not handle this degree of freedom bc she has no recall and a high prey drive. There were chickens and geese around so I took her home. Theresa refunded me and was super nice about everything. Great property. Will try again after more training. :-) I only have 3 stars because I couldn't use the facility. The place is 5 stars. Well labeled with pictures and amenities and signage.
55Perfect as always!
55Highly recommend! The host is very responsive and helpful. Signage is very clear when entering the property, so you know where to go and where to park. It is as described and well worth it. There is plenty of seating and even a place for children to play. There are two large areas that are great for throwing ball and many spots along the large pond, for the dogs to play in the water. There are lots of things to explore and our dogs absolutely loved it. The boundaries of the property are clearly marked with signs and you are provided maps in the bin that have everything clearly marked. I would recommend only letting your dog off leash, if they have good recall. It would be great for a long lead adventure as well. My husband and I would absolutely come back. Thank you for a great experience!
55Another awesome visit to Bevā€™s!! Tired, dirty, happy dogs! Jake swam for a long time - the geese got together and came over to tell him it was their territory. šŸ¤£. The horses also came over to say hi - but theyā€™re fenced in another pasture.

Description

*** This is a country retreat with vast land and multiple areas to explore, please check out our Sniffspot for a nature adventure if your doggy has a good recall only*** It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chicken will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small kid's playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and wild geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you, just send us a message. Thank you for reading all the details of the property before a visit as well! (Detailed map & pic directions sent after booking!)
