Fantastic location if you are looking for a wide open, grassy field for playing frisbee or practicing recalls. Grass was mostly grass, not mowed weeds, and green, so no stickers…something I look for because i have a maltipoo with soft hair. I booked this location primarily to play train my 10 month old shepherd mix with some distractions…in this case farm animals…his first socialization/exposure. I kept him on leash for initial introductions and he was polite so I let him off lead. It turned out to be a non issue because once he found the Jolly Ball, nothing else existed for him, even me, so a little less training today and more just pure exercise. I had to make him stop and rest several times because he was just so happy and was nonstop running around. Maltipoo loved all the sniffy locations. Entire property very clean and secure. Some high foxtails on the far side of the property, but they were on the fence line and actually served to be more of a privacy barrier, so they weren’t an issue. Loved this location and the host was very friendly and accommodating to my slight schedule delay (I went on lunch break and was juggling my work demands.) I hope to return!!!
I took my Golden Retriever, Charlie, to this wonderful ranch. He had so much fun visiting the goats and mini horses, but most of all, he got to play with the host’s dog named Maverick, also a Golden Retriever who loved balls and swimming as much as Charlie does. The two romped around chasing balls and jumping into the pool to cool off. I cannot say enough how great of a place this is, and the hosts were very gracious. We will definitely be back.
It was awesome! My dog Koda loved his time there. Cyndi was kind. The farm animals around we chill and also fun to watch. Will def be back!
Facilities are peaceful and secure as advertised, and easy to find. My little guy is a recent rescue thru American Maltese Rescue, so he is a little timid, but we walked around for a bit and he met your goats. Once he settled in, we had a very pleasant afternoon.
My dogs had so much fun at this beautiful Sniffspot! 💓🐴🐐🐔 we loved seeing all of the adorable animals and the lawn is huge, clean and perfectly maintained for running and fetching. Thank you so much!
Wow! What an incredible Sniffspot! For my boys that was paramount to a trip to Disneyland. The yard is clean and well kept. The farm animals are clearly used to dogs and seem more playful than afraid of them. My boys have a goat neighbor so they are not surprised or threatened by farm animals. This spot is ideal for us and if your dog/s are cool with other animals then I highly recommend this spot. Access was really easy and the host was communicative.
This was such a great experience for my pups! They absolutely loved it and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much for hosting us!
We make sure to visit the farm at least once per week while the weather is good. O’Malley loves it there — lots of sniffing, checking out the animals and some shade if needed.
What a great spot! Beautiful yard with so much room to run. The dogs loved cooling off in the pool. Would love to visit again!
Loved this spot and so did my pup. She had a blast in the pool and chasing the ball. Would highly recommend this spot.

Hi! My name is Cyndi and we own a small family farm called Redwood Acre Ranch. We have several little animals from horses, goats, chickens, a pig, a goose and a barn cat. We have 3 dogs, one handicapped chihuahua who has mastered the art of speed in a wheel chair, an Australian Shepherd who helps herd the mini horses and goats when they need to be moved from one pasture to the other; and a Great Pyrenees who takes her Livestock Guarding very seriously. Our barn is a working barn so we have people that board their animals and work with their horses. In addition, the local 4H Club uses the barn for their projects and meetings. We are so happy to share our yard to folks who are looking to enjoy some time with their pups!
