We have an animal rescue, boarding, and training facility. You will see and hear other dogs most likely. They will not be in the park when you reserve it for your dogs. The dog park is 1/2 acre and fully fenced 6’ chain link with snake fencing as well.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Fun features in the yard include a large open grassy play space that is frisbee friendly, side area with plenty of space to explore and sniff, sand box with digging and toy play, and seating area for owners to watch their dogs smile 😊 Pool is available for dog parties of 3 dogs or more for an extra charge and advance booking.

The lot size is 16000 sf. The "dog park" area is about 5000 sf.

10 acre ranch fully fenced. Dogs will be in a large horse arena has cover for humans:) and water for dogs.

Welcome to Burbank! We have a large grassy backyard we'd love to share with your fur friend! A few years ago we rescued a big beautiful dog that did not get along with other dogs. Our backyard was her safe haven. Now that she has passed away, we want this to be a haven to other dogs like her. It was such a joy to have her run in the grass without worrying about another dog. Saint Augustine and wild grass, citrus trees, a few fruit and veggie beds, and some roses / flowers. We have a table, and plenty of seating in the shade. Be advised: Due to environmental and water safety reasons, we do not use any weed killer or chemicals on our lawn. We do our best to keep up with maintenance and keep the yard clear, but there will still be occasional wild grass, prickles, foxtails, weeds, and bugs in the yard. Please keep an eye on your pet!

Fulled fenced in backyard with pool for doggie aquatics. Private neighborhood in Van Nuys. Due to raising electric and water costs for the pool , I’m sorry to have to raise the hourly rate to $19 for the first dog and $9.50 each additional pup on June 15th. The park will be closed on Wednesdays for pool and yard maintenance. Please Note: the swimming pool is for the dogs unless you are helping them in or out of the pool, or training in the shallow end . ONE parent ONE pooch only! There is absolutely no diving , jumping , or doing laps . Please brush your pup before swim to reduce fur in pool. Thank you for your cooperation. Pat

Fully fenced back yard, suitable for all critters, big and small. Under a large Magnolia tree in the center of the yard, there is a brick patio with a table and four chairs, grass and mulched flower gardens bordering the fence. Room to play ball, ground or just relax. Yard is approximately 64' x 35' excluding gardens. No bags needed as we have a poop scoop available. An additional small fence separates the yard from the driveway (fully enclosed inside the large fence). Feel free to message with additional questions! 🐾
