Iggie's Private Dog Park in Studio City

Welcome to Burbank! We have a large grassy backyard we'd love to share with your fur friend! A few years ago we rescued a big beautiful dog that did not get along with other dogs. Our backyard was her safe haven. Now that she has passed away, we want this to be a haven to other dogs like her. It was such a joy to have her run in the grass without worrying about another dog. Saint Augustine and wild grass, citrus trees, a few fruit and veggie beds, and some roses / flowers. We have a table, and plenty of seating in the shade. Be advised: Due to environmental and water safety reasons, we do not use any weed killer or chemicals on our lawn. We do our best to keep up with maintenance and keep the yard clear, but there will still be occasional wild grass, prickles, weeds, and bugs in the yard.

Private neighborhood in Van Nuys. $ 10 an hour for first doggie $5 for doggie 2 and 3 Due to raising electric costs for the pool , I will be raising the hourly rate to $12 for the first dog and $6 for each additional pup on June 1st for summer rates . Please Note: the swimming pool is for the dogs unless you are helping them in or out of the pool, or training in the shallow end . There is absolutely no diving , jumping , or doing laps . The perfect spot for you and your dog to lounge in the sun or play fetch up the long driveway. The yard is entirely fenced with lots of spots to sniff and explore.

This large, tree-lined, backyard is partially shaded with multiple seating areas so you can always move around with the sun. Eat lunch at the dining table (moved off the turf since the pictures were taken so the space is open), relax on the lounge set, and hang out while your pups run around. Easily accessible and surrounded by plants on all sides, you and your dog will love this sweet spot to enjoy and explore!

Our backyard is where our two dogs and many foster pups love to run around and smell all the many smells wafting around, hence we call it the Snoot Spot. The grass area is approx 32ft by 17ft. Our dirt area is about the same. There are many places for your dogs to dig, smell, or even just sploot in the sun (my Maltipoo loves sunbathing on our little stage.) We have an orange tree that you can pick from at no additional cost and comfy chairs you can relax in as you watch your pup play. You are also welcome to park in our driveway and turn on our patio lights.

In the heart of candy cane lane...Enjoy a fully fenced in long throwing run with ample shade, seating and dog exploration! Steel kiddie pool X2, doggie bags, trash can and hose. Grounds are pesticide and fertilizer free.
